I purchased an SUV from this business 11/26/21. I payed for the vehicle in full on that day. I still have not received permanent license plates or my title. It has been 3 months and they keep giving me the run-around when I call. They say they are "not sure" what is going on and claim I should be receiving them any day. This has been said for 3 months. I am concerned that I paid $55,000 for a car and have no proof of ownership 3 months later and a paper license plate in my window. I have reached out to the General Manager on 3 separate occasion and left 3 messages. He has not called me back.

    To whom it may concern,

The customer has requested their plates to be mailed to them, this has been completed. The customer has also been informed of the issues with the state in filing for a duplicate title. The title will come directly from the state in about **** business days.

    Thank you,

I filled out an application yesterday 2/20/22 for a Jeep Wrangler listed for sale. At approximately 10:30 a.m. I was texted and emailed about my interest in the vehicle to which my response was on whether or not my loan was approved. The salesperson never even ran my application. About an hour later I found out that I didnt qualify and I needed more money down, which I would have happily paid, but along with that information it was explained that the vehicle had been sold even before they submitted my paperwork. I I explained that this is an issue for me with no response for 4 more hours by the sales manager telling me they messed up and cant withdraw my credit inquiry. I feel this is a terrible way to conduct business, and you should do your due diligence to right your wrong.

    To whom it may concern,

Without knowing which dealership specifically this customer's complaint is regarding, we cannot give a detailed response. However, it does sound like the customer did in fact give the dealership permission to run credit, thus the dealership had permissible purpose and the inquiry cannot be removed. The customer can however, dispute the inquiry with the credit company.

    Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:is it common practice to try to sell a vehicle and run a persons credit to purchase a vehicle when the vehicle has already been sold? I dont believe it is and I feel this is a terrible business practice. The business that I am complaining about is Larry h Miller *****************. I cant believe that I have to go through such lengths in order to correct an issue.

    Sincerely,

    To whom it may concern,

We apologize that the vehicle you inquired on was sold, with the volume of vehicles we sell on a daily basis this can happen from time to time. We have a credit approval for you and would like to try to turn this negative experience into a positive one and we still have Jeep wranglers available, we would be happy to offer you an incentive as well to help with the inconvenience. If you are interested in this please reach out to me **************.
