    I have attempted to contact Action Team Realty no less than 10 times in the last two weeks by phone, email, and their tenant portal. I am asking for the following information to be answered: How much do they intend to charge me for the remainder of my lease? Will they be prorating the rent for July? Are they honoring the business owner Craig Hawker’s commitment to allow us to leave the lease 20 days early due to ongoing construction noise and activity including drug use by the construction team immediately in front of my home that severely negatively impacted my family for more than 6 months? If they are not honoring Craig Hawker’s commitment what is the expected end date of my lease? I have tried everything that I know to do to have these simple questions answered, and I need help at this point. I don’t know where else to turn. The refusal to provide financial and legal information can only be viewed as retaliatory and punitive on my part for sharing my concerns with Craig and his team. I am distressed by the lack of professionalism from Craig and his team. I just need to know what I am still expected to pay his team, and when they will be ending my lease. I am attaching photos from the resident portal and I have multiple email chains requesting information as well.

    I called Rhianna after I received the complaint and explained that this complaint was from a tenant in Utah and the complaint should be handled by the Utah office and the Utah BBB.  I received the following response from Rhianna (see below). Since I received the email from Rhianna, I assumed the complaint was transferred.  However, it does not appear that has happened.  I have notified the Utah office and they are preparing a response.  I hope to have the response back from them this week.  I will forward their response as soon as I receive it.  We take these matters very seriously and hope you will appreciate that we want to cooperate with your request. I request that you allow us the additional time needed to respond.

    We mailed the security deposited and unused/prorated rent on 08/16 and it was cashed and cleared our account on 08/19. See attached documents for the signed final disposition and check showing it was signed by Veronica and cashed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21916478, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would have the any future potential clients of Action Team Realty or Craig Hawker to proceed with the utmost caution. The blatant lack of integrity is abhorrent.
