    Purchased product on 11/30. Initial est. delivery date of 12/5 was given then pushed to 12/7. It is 12/18 product still has yet to arrive and it seems to be not moving through the mail according to the tracking number they gave me. I have attempted to contact them via multiple email address in case one was not receiving their email for some reason, and have yet to hear back after a week of waiting. They have no customer service phone number and their chat is an AI that either tells you to email them or contact the mailer. If email is the only option you would think they would actually return emails, but apparently they don't.

    Thank you for letting us know. We have been in contact with this customer for the past few days. Due to the holidays there is an extremely high volume of orders, and that is why response times have been a bit slower. We only got emails from him starting from the 15th. The order was shipped out within 24 business hours and was handed off to ****. Unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout all packages are shipped via ground shipping. **** has also had a big delay in packages arriving on time. There was a delay with the order, but it was on **** side of things. The package should have arrived on December 18th, and we let the customer know. They have yet to respond back to us. They now have the package and have gotten a response from us so they should be all set!

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They lied about my first email being on the 15th to them as it was in fact the 12th ( a full week after my package was supposed to be delivered), then my 2nd email was on the 15th, they still didn't respond until 12/19 after I filed my complaint here.  My package did finally arrive yesterday 12/19 (2 full weeks late).  I understand it was a **** issue in mailing but their non response for 7 days in their only customer support option is absolutely terrible.  Ultimately i got my order so my complaint is technically resolved.

    Transaction occurred over two weeks ago, merchant does not reply via email or phone call to resolve my issue. Wrong merchandise was sent to me by the company and they have provided no resolutions or contact. The phone number the have provided is unacceptable to be reached and I cannot contact them with the 5 emails I have sent.

    The customer was not receiving our emails but we have since been able to get ahold of them and resolve the issue!
