On July 23,2023 the Garfield County Sheriff's charged the owners of A-Action Sanitation, Inc. Sindi Brown Vetere, Weston Frank Vetere, and employee, James Phillip Torgerson with obstruction of justice and unlawful discharge of pollutants knowingly. Both are third degree felonies. According to the Garfield County Sherriff's office, A-Action Sanitation illegally disposed of human waste in southern Utah.
