  11/11/2024 DATE OF ISSUE. I have a BRAND NEW house they did paint on at the time of build and are to warranty the work that needed to be repainted-TOUCHED UP, and the builder hired Allied from the start of build and is obligated to fix the crappy work they did. I have tried so hard to be kind and patient with this company. The job inside the home and around door frame are not weather proof the paint wipes off and the interior painted also wipes off and is sticky feeling showing a yellow coloring through paint. I am so very disgusted by the way they have treated my home. They have complete disregard for showing up for their appointment and when I called and asked were they were incredibly I was treated very rude, when they showed up later instead of getting to work the owner ORLANDO came over with painter who was VERY RUDE and threatened me said he is leaving the paint work as is, he said he does not have the "energy for me" or my property saying he will not do the work (our builder' and I) expressed concern with the painters, they just are now ignoring my calls leaving job incomplete. Without a doubt worst experience I have ever had with a subcontractor, I grew up in a construction house hold Completely blown away by the total lack of respect for my brand new house and property. My husband and builder can 100% back this experience up. I will never speak good of this painting company. They are the worst on new builds. I have all this documented from photos of the new home till now. They have not done job paid for it was rushed and my walls not prepped correctly nor appropriate paint" used for interior /exterior. Please investigate this as well as the employees working for Orlando who identified himself as the sole owner of the company. I was informed by the builders that his employees are also not legal US citizens and hires them to do his work at a cheap cost. please investigate

  I am rejecting this response because non of what the company spokesman behind whom is the respondent for the builder never wants to resolve any consumer issues. This has been exhausting to deal with as a new build home should be built with quality work. Paints been.m an issue & Sheetrock work since walk through. Silly of me to trust they’d back there guarantee! This is out of warranty now I’m clear on this” however it was not when the concern had been addressed multiple times while home under warranty. I refuse to recommend the painter or builders to anyone I ever speak too regarding home builds or painters. I’m frustrated nobody will take accountability. It’s saden’s  me this is the end result. Appreciate the BBB for the support & investigation of this matter of others who have same concern of quality & promised fixes only to be told out if warranty or use an excuse to get out of accountability.
