They hold legit payroll deposits . They charge you insufficient fund fees meanwhile. Mine took 4 days and plenty of phone calls for a small technicality on how they wrote the check out. I also got charged ***** insufficient funds fee on a .02 ATM reversal check deposit. Whatever that is??!Do yourself a favor. Don't do Zions. Even my friend, neighbors and church community said it would be just a matter of time before I would leave like they did

I have received two written notices that my bank card has been temporarily blocked. When I called the fraud detection group, I was told my card was FLAGGED, not blocked. I received the first letter the day before I was going to Peru. You can imagine my panic when I received this letter.The letter also stated that they had tried unsuccessfully to reach me. I am sure the company has my email address. I received no email notices.While I appreciate the notice that there may be something wrong, I do not appreciate being given incorrect information. If my card has only been flagged, then the letter should say so. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!Review from Roxanna L

Location: **************************************************. I do not recommend this bank for Construction Loans. I paid for Inspections in my construction loan. The Inspector the Bank selected did a very poor job. Below examples:Approved budget items that he could not confirm.Entered comments on a contentious budget item; stated there were side house gates were on site, gates were a dog run. Approved Termite treatment without checking electrical panel for certificate. We have had 5 termite services since we moved in. Our City confirmed based on plans, there should have been a termite certificate on electrical panel, thus City Inspector no longer employed.Review from Jan Z

UPDATE 6/1/23 : I am sad to say I am NO-LONGER RECOMMENDING ZION BANK. For the second time in three years I have made three errors logging in while SETTING UP A NEW DEVICE. When this occurs ********* has REQUIRED ME TO TRAVEL 75 MILES to the CLOSEST bank to verify my identity and unlock my account access.Imagine being on vacation, working in trucking or the airline industry and being told you have to wait until you are in some part of the country with a physical bank before you can access your account again!!!No thanks, I just opened a new account with East ***** Credit Union. They said they would fix this kind of problem with a phone call.
