Bought a car cash from YOUNG BUICK **C on October 15th. They were polite and helpful in the beginning. Upon closing documents many out of state questions in regards to titling etc were answered with certainty although they had no clue what they were talking about. In fact extra fees ($850)were collected and paid for titling which they clearly don't do out of ********** I am 8 weeks later with NO TITLE TO REGISTER VEHICLE still. I have called every person on the staff including most mangers for associated departments. Some I have left multiple voice messages and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK except the salesman who sold me the vehicle asking for a referral. I tried to get in touch with the ** **** ****** but his VMail was full and he is never in the office. I am forced to take legal action in the next week. My moving permit is about to expire and I cannot get an appointment in the *** because i have pushed it back too many times. Basically I will have to pay late fees if they by the ***** of God send me a title. I dont know why they conduct business like this.

My wife and I took our Outback in to You g ****** in ***** to simply have them look at the starter since we had it tested elsewhere and they said it was failing and to take it to a service to double check. This ***** location had the earliest appointment . Took it in at 9 am and 5 hours later they come back with thousands of dollars of recommendations unrelated to the starter and absolutely no mention of the starter. Tried calling for clarification and everyone is with customers and the ********************** manager is in meetings. ****** learned coming to this location.

This dealership is very unethical and crooked as hell!!They have no remorse of taking ******** from a working family. The truck broke down 20 miles out the door and they just said not covered under warranty. That is alot of money for our family. We went to see a lawyer and that is one thing they do well. cover their fraudulent dealings with paper work. For instance sticker on the vehicle over rides everything else. So you buy a warranty but the windows sticker states as is. You just spent money on a warranty that will not cover anything. That statement is in your warranty you bought in fine print. That is straight up fraud. I feel sorry for the family that really needed the car to get to work. They should be ashamed of what they are doing. Imagine how many have not put a review up. Very poor business practices. If I could only give a 1/8 of a star I would.

A couple of weeks ago, my husband traded in our two vehicles for one very big truck. Not realizing that I couldn't get into the truck due to certain medical conditions, he called them less than 24 hours later and the truck had not been driven yet. He explained the situation and asked if he could undo the trade. He was told absolutely not! Trying to talk to the manager proved fruitless. We were told that the manager does not deal with phone calls to customers.I now realize that **** has no buyers remorse but each company can do so if they choose to. To me it makes sense. Take care of your customers and they take care of you. I will never again be doing business with Young **** and will do my best to let others know of how they take advantage of people and especially seniors! I am positive that if the owner's grandparents were in the same situation, they would work with them and not against them.

THE WORST COMPANY TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM!!!! the first red flag should have been when they demanded to pay a $1000.00 "non-refundable" deposit while we were just going through the prequalifying process. Then we were thrown all of these extra "add-on's", lied to about the Lojack tracker, as well other bogus fees". by the time we went to sign the docs, they had added nearly $7000.00 more to our loan!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! we literally had to fight with the guy to get all the additional fees off. fast forward 2 weeks later, the trucks AC unit went out and when we brought it back under the 3 month, ***** mile warranty coverage, they wouldn't honor it. ****WE JUST SPEND ALMOST $3*****.00 ON A TRUCK THAT THEY WOULDN'T FIX**** they fought with us telling us we should have bought the extra coverage, and they refused to cover it. we had to take it to another company to have it looked at and because young didnt plug back in the compressor, it sent shards of metal through the whole system, and now we have to replace our whole AC unit!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY.

Customers beware. We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in on May 17th for a recall item.(Mind you, we never had a single issue with our car prior to bringing it in) For the next 6 weeks, each week thereafter, we had to bring the car back because of a new issue. Fixed the issue. New issue. Fixed the issue, new issue. I got the feeling the mechanics created more problems while fixing the original issue - unintentional of course. Young was kind enough to give us a loaner car, (which we paid for several times over) but I would have preferred they fix the problem correctly the first time. From their emotionally void service advisors to their frustratingly slow diagnoses, there are dozens of more qualified auto mechanics in the valley. So customer beware. And if you still decide to patronize them. Dont say I didnt warn you.Update: 20 minutes after picking up my car, a warning light popped up, Service Four Wheel Drive System Seriously???Im not kidding folks. The Young Jeep Service Department is unbelievably incompetent.

There was a recall on our car, we took it in, they supposedly fix the problem, with that the service department gave me a list of several things that were wrong with the car; one of which was change a rear brake light--cost $30.00.. This takes two minutes. We changed the light ourselves. I took the car too a dealer, none of the things Young service department said needed fixed needed anything; all was working properly. They cannot be trusted.

We were sold a supposedly brand new vehicle. When we went to resell the vehicle, we were told by another dealership that it was listed as a lemon. I thought it was illegal to sell a car listed as a lemon as a new car. If you have bought a vehicle them, check the carfax! This dealership is very unethical and crooked as hell!!

DO NOT BUY FROM YOUNG They sold me a lemon of a truck that has had nothing but problems right after the three month warranty expired. They will not do anything to make it right either. *** had the truck just over two years and in that time my transmission failed, my catalytic converters are failing, the computer is faulty and causes the truck not to start in the winter, and a million other things that I cant afford to fix. They also made me pay $300 for LoJack and no matter how many times I called to activate it they would never send me the email or instructions on activating it. I actually spoke directly to the head manager in ****** and he dodged the question and said he would call me back with more info. Of course I never got a call back.
