Hello, on 03/20/2023 I purchased a certificate from Comodosslstore who is owned by digicert. Order number **********. Once I realized that your validation process was the same one I was having problems with the vendor I was trying to get away from, I canceled the order. We never even went through the validation process. I believe I canceled the order the same day, but it took you guys a couple of days to cancel it. At the time of cancellation, the sitelock cram charge was not listed on my account. It appeared later and started charging me monthly for a certificate that was cancelled. Fast forward to 10/2/2024 and I noticed a 4.99 charge on my credit card. Apparently, I was signed up for a SiteLocker Scanner order number ********. I would not have agreed to any service, especially on a certificate I canceled on the same day as the purchase! I spoke with Comodosslstore and Digicert customer support, who both told me they couldn't reverse the charges or give me credit. Something about it being a third party cram charge they forced on me after the cancellation of my cert. *******

    Hi *******,

I am going to reach out to you via email so we can either get on the phone and chat through this or work directly via email. ComodoSSLStore is not owned by DigiCert, they are a different business entity within the Certificate Authority industry. I would like to take a deeper look into your information to ensure DigiCert is not involved and see where we can get you in contact with in regards to unwanted charges.

I have a service and billing question for Digicert regarding a $2400, 3-year paid plan, which is now not working after one year. The contact information for Account Manager listed on my Digicert dashboard has a non-functioning email address, and the company's general phone number. Calling the general phone number the first time I was asked to contact my Account Manager, which is exactly what I was trying to do, but no other contact information was given. On my second call to Digicert, I was asked to contact their billing ***** *******'s phone number connects to a recording that asks ** to leave a message, but does not accept messages. An email to billing is unanswered. A third call to Digitcert resulted in transfer to another voice mail that did not accept messages. I would like a refund of the 2 years left on my plan, and to close my account with **********************.

Thanks for discussing this issue over the phone today. I apologize for the issues you have had getting in contact with your account manager. I emailed you the information needed to refund your order. As soon as we receive that back I will have our accounting team process it immediately.

If there is anything else I can assist with, please don't hesitate to contact me via phone/email included on the earlier email sent to you.
