    Charged a fee of $4 to permit exchanges or returns without my approval and refused to refund it. This is clearly a scam.

    Hi, *** We cannot find an order tied to your email address and would love to help. The re:do service that allows for free unlimited returns for store credit or exchange can be added or removed manually by the customer before checking out. This service is provided by a third-party vendor and is completely optional. Once an order ships, we are no longer able to remove the re:do service from the order. If you have any other questions, please send us an email with your order number so that we may further assist.

    Predatory towards consumer. Requires unethical and illegal shipping insurance to make sure product and shipping consumer paid for gets to the consumer, regardless if companies chosen shipper loses the item. Shop pay and other platforms do not support shipping insurance making it not only illegal, but impossible to purchase. Consumer protection states that the merchant is responsible for shipping insurance by their chosen carrier, hence why there are so many complaints against this company.

From GLS on 01/02/2024: I tried to track on our internal system and that tracking number does not exist. Contact your shipper. I contacted Gathre via email and social media with zero response.     I ordered a trampoline and waited almost 4 weeks. No response to my emails trying to find out if the shipment has been sent. I just requested a refund. No phone number listed on the website. Now Im worried the refund wont come. Paid $146.78.

It sounds like our messages may have been going to your Spam or Promotions folders instead of inbox. The Trampoline you ordered was listed on our website as a pre-order with the pre-order date shown in red lettering on the product listing page. We never received an email requesting a cancellation of your order and would have been happy to help.     This company cannot fulfill their orders. I wish I looked at other online reviews of their company before ordering. I have asked for a refund and to cancel my order and haven't heard back. If they are able to refund me I will update my reviews. However, I'm more just disappointed because I was really looking forward to this mat for my son. He hasn't had one because I was taking so long to decide and then their shipping delays extended it even more. Unfortunately to Amazon I go since there aren't any other small businesses that make a product like this. It's really too bad

    This company is taking orders they cannot fill. I made an order in October, was notified a month later it wouldnt ship until January and could not get any email response regarding my order after it did not ship this month. A phone number is not listed on their website. They finally responded and said there was a glitch in their system and would ship my item by March. I got a refund, but in looking at their reviews online they are doing this to a lot of people and not giving them their money back. Awful company!!!

We looked up the communication you had with our customer support team and the we did drop the ball on your order. We oversold the item you purchased, and you wanted to switch to another color. That color was set to arrive mid-January but there was a manufacturing delay related to factory closures due to Covid, which was going to cause a 2 month delay. After getting notice from us about that you wanted to cancel, and we issued a full refund. All in all we failed you and we apologize that we weren't able to take care of you better. We hope you'll be willing to give us another chance in the future. Please accept our deepest apologies.

    Its been over a month and a half and I still have not received my order nor have I been able to get in contact with this company. The phone number listed here is a non working number. Buyer beware.

There was a website that made an exact replica of our site and was impersonating Gathre but we were able to get it shut down after several weeks.
