Brand new 17-year-old Utah State student Sarah Holley's car stopped working. We took appropriate steps necessary to get a temporary resident permit through parkingeservices.com. She had previously paid $200 for a parking permit through her apartment complex d's bridgerland. Apparently she had been assigned to their off-site parking which is de facto parking for bridgerland. The temp permit was granted through August 28th. On August 27th we came to switch out her repaired car and found that her temporary car had been booted. We told the booting company that we had filled out appropriate paperwork and we were well within the time frame necessary to avoid any infraction. There is no instruction as to how to select parking sites or fill in the online form for the permit. We assumed that since she is a bridgerland tenant that the Bridgerland parking would be correct. The booting company verified that they had the car's license in their system but since it was supposedly in the wrong parking lot they would not give us any variance. Once booted, you are required to pay $78 online before you can call them to unboot your vehicle. We noticed that in making the payment and selecting a parking lot where your car is booted the "off-site" option isn't even listed. You have to select D's bridgerland. Also of note, her original car was never on the property at the same time until it was brought back from Ogden after repairs to find that her substitute car had been booted. This practice is a total scam.

On November 16, 2023 I parked a car that didn’t belong to me in the guest parking at summerwilde llc, I filled out the online form and went about my business. I returned to the car to find it booted. Upon calling the company we discovered I had fat fingered one license plate number, but the make and model were correct. They insisted this was irrelevant and I must pay 75 dollars to remove it. They were very rude and refused to let me talk to their boss.

Hello, We were unlawfully booted by Parking Enforcement LLC for moving our cars nearby and bringing a Uhaul due to moving. We left “we are moving” notes on both cars and we were booted and charged $155 for a few min. When we explained the situation to Jake and Paul (staff), they only laughed to us. We need a refund for predatory booting.

I parked in a guest spot at 10:58 and began working in a guest permit at 11:00. By the time i had filled out a guest permit it was 11:09 and my cat was booted. I tried to resolve the issue by stating i had a guest permit but the manager stated that the permit must be filed at exactly 11 or it is not valid. What a joke. Imagine taking the role of parking enforcement so seriously that you think you are the law.
