    I ordered a fruit bouquet to be delivered to Kaeli Varoz in July. I requested same day delivery and paid extra to have that. We'll it never was delivered. I reached out to Edibles customer service and opened 2 tickets. Your Case Reference Number: ******* and *******. In the first ticket I am asking why it was not delivered 2 days later from the delivery date. The 2nd ticket is requesting the order be canceled. We'll 2 weeks later the order is finally delivered even after I asked for this to be canceled. I am not responsible for paying for something when it is duely noted I wanted it canceled. Please refund my money for your error. Why are you charging me anyway for express shipping. If you can't honor something that someone has paid extra for, shouldn't you be monitoring that, you know that is considered fraud.

    On June 10, 2024, my husband purchased chocolate covered strawberries and a flower bouquet from Edible Arrangements for my birthday, to be delivered to our home on June 29, 2024 (Order # *************). The package did not arrive until Monday, July 1, 2024. The fruit had clearly been spoiled for some time and was covered in mold. Additionally, the flowers appeared to be several weeks old and showed signs of a fungal infestation. My husband filed a complaint with the company and requested a refund on July 1, and despite assurances that they would respond to him within 24 hours, he has not not received any form of communication from the company. I also filed a complaint with the company (and requested a refund) on July 3, and have yet to receive a response. I immediately took pictures of the products upon receipt and I offered to provide those pictures to the company prior to filing this complaint with the BBB. Additionally, the company charged my husband sales tax despite the fact that we live in Oregon.

    On Valentine’s Day 2023 I ordered a food trey that was supposed to be delivered to my Wife’s job on Valentine’s Day. I called on February 13th to reschedule my order for February 13th because my wife said she was getting off early on the 14th. The manager called me back and said they could move the order up but didn’t deliver on February 13. They ended up delivering the wrong item on February 14 after my wife got off work, so she had to go back to her job to get the item. When she began to eat some of the food she noticed the strawberries were moldy and when she told me I noticed that they had also gave her the wrong item that I didn’t order. My 3 year old ended up getting sick from eating a chocolate strawberry. The next day I returned the item to the store and the cashier took the box and said that I would receive a refund in fourteen days. I told her I would like to speak to the manager and she said she would call me. I have waited sixteen days and still have not received my money back or a phone call from the manager.
