    In progress of trimming bushes and highly allergic to spray. Had to explain multiple times to hold off and come perhaps after 10/23 after trimming. Got my 4th call about them coming out before date. Explained why again and apparently she tuned me out and that's when it become unexceptable. Then Manager made me feel like I had no reason to complain and kept interrupting like I didn't matter. Unexceptable! At this point anything she said was just excuses! All I wanted was better communication among them. The field technicians are great but better communication within office and ***** Manager needs to be retrained in customer care. She Needs to learn how to listen! Excuses is all I heard! I hope company will heed my advice. I have since Fired The Bugnappers!

    I think they are an amazing company. They dont make you pre-pay for services and they dont bother you and being on your door for payment they come and get the job done and you can pay at your convenience. I dont know any other company that would do that for a customer. And their services work amazing after battling my daddy lions for years, theyre finally gone and my elm tree bugs out of my house and yard. Yay !!!

    We recently hired this company for pest control. They sprayed yesterday and left my windows with a streaky film of their pest spray. Upon calling the company to hopefully mitigate the problem both individuals were defensive, explaining their protocols, and essentially claiming we should have been aware of window residue (??). In the 25 years of homeownership weve never experienced this type of (blame-the-customer) situation with a service provider. Ultimately they were unwilling to do anything for me beyond a small discount. It will cost me approximately $250-275 out of my pocket to pay for a problem caused by this company. A better solution could have been reached if this company worked to improve their customer service.

    This company rips people off. They say a service costs so much, then they charge you for multiple services, even after quoting you a lower price. Never use this company.

    I hired this company to come out and spray. The day they sprayed my wife was home and confirmed the appointment. She was home in our dining room and saw the truck pull up. She went back to what she was doing and 20 minutes later she wondered if they were still spraying the outside and they were gone. The treatment was to spray inside and out. Since she saw them we assumed they did the outside of the house as agreed upon. Unfortunately they didnt knock or ring the doorbell. I proceeded to call them and let them know that I was unhappy and would agree to and did pay 50% of the bill which was around $72. I didnt feel that I should have to pay for the other 50% since it wasnt completed. When I called to explain this the sales rep that sets up the accounts was very unprofessional and was talking down to me saying the did come inside and completed the job. I told her that our Ring doorbell saw the tech spraying outside but did not come inside at all. She continued to interrupt me and told me I was calling her a liar. Unfortunately I wasnt I was just explaining what was actually done and what wasnt. I asked to speak to a manager and the office manager called me back in about an hour. From the moment I answered the phone she was unprofessional and aggressive stating that I was calling her, the company and her staff a liar. I asked if she could have the owner call me, she proceeded to let me know she cannot give me any time frame as to when I could expect a call. While I was asking that she kept saying so your refusing to pay them right. I said no I wasnt I was just wanting to talk to the owner. Deep down I just wanted to talk to someone was condescending, and placing words into my mouth. Heres to hoping I get a call back and not sent straight to collections without the phone call.

    DO NOT GET INVOVLED with this company. They would quote my elderly neighbor one price over the phone and hand her a bill almost twice the amount they quoted her. They are now currently taking money out of her account without permission even before they do a service for her and telling her that she preapproved it when she called to ask why. Last time she spoke with them before they took money out of her account she CANCELLED ALL SERVICES with them.

    Hi *****,My name is ***** and I am the office manager at the Bugnappers. I have been with the company for over 10 years and I assure you we do not automatically draft payments out of anyone's account unless they made payment arrangements. If your neighbor still owed on her account for services prior to cancellation we would continue to run her payments she would have agreed to unless she calls in and puts a stop to it. We actually have a pretty simple process, we don't do contracts, customers have to pre approve services and they pay at their convenience unless they set up auto payments. Which at that point would be up to them to stop or continue. We have no reason to charge someone more unless they ordered extra services to e done that way or have extra areas treated. There is a lot unknown to me about this accounts so I cant address things for sure but I would love get this resolved. You only know what you are being told and if she is elderly there is a good chance she is confused about the services or billing so please have her contact me and I can assure you we will get it figured out. I am looking forward to hearing from your neighbor and thank you for the feed back.The Bugnappers

    Service i recieved was did not resolve the bug issues i have been having they could not identify the bug i was having problems with which i still am having after a new spray 3 days ago which would be there 4th visit not only do i still have SPRINGTAILS but also have ants and spiders and beetles i found out from another pest control service what i was dealing with because no one at bugnappers could identify the problem bug ******* accused me of wanting free sprays every couple weeks which is not very profesional for customer service i simply wanted the bugs gone that i had called to have treated in the 1st place over a 4 week period 3 treatments and still have ants spiders and the springtails they offered to come spray again but it did not make any sense to me to keep doing the same thing that has not worked the prior times ive never had a pest control spray just my foundation and home and still have bugs climbing on my house 3 days later the online reviews describe the business being a business owner i know the importance of a good rating and the importance of quality service

    after 4 treatments and still dealing with spiders ants daddy long legs box elder bugs on my foundation and steps yes i am very frustrated with your service and to be accused of trying to get free sprays who would not get upset?? so yes i did apologize however your staff member never did your techs could not identify the bug i was having issues with i think your reviews of your business dealings speak for themselves best of luck with your business
