Absolutely trash. We were very pleased right up until after the installation. We had wanted to pay for everything early. It took no less than 7 outreach attempts before we were able to resolve this. Our sales/account rep ***** was almost completely unresponsive and we were told by one department they would have it sent over only to not hear anything back. After that we were notified by **** that our system was ready for the final inspection which Blue Raven would coordinate. After not hearing from them we finally had to call them and get something scheduled. We were told it would be the 27th of January. We received a text a few weeks later saying they had scheduled for 2/4. I responded saying we were already scheduled for the 27th. No one responded. The 27th came and no one showed up. After being passed around and calling multiple times they said they had rescheduled us and couldn't make anything work until the 4th because their technician was unavailable. I responded indicating I wanted compensation for the days I wouldn't be generating solar because of them. I also told them the 4th wouldnt work because we would be out of town and unavailable for the next month. They assured me there would be no issue and no one needed to be home to finalize the process. Then I come to find out on 2/7 after the inspection that someone does indeed need to be home to initialize the system. I am absolutely livid with the poor communication and lack of customer service. I sincerely hope this is not what we can expect from them moving forward and would advise others to seriously consider their options before moving forward with Blue Raven. I was so excited about Blue Raven at first. I soon found out that they are just smooth talkers and also make promises that they cannot keep. We have had our panels for almost two years now. We have not met our promised production yet and they promised us a certain production. When I reached out to them asking about this they always say that they do not guarantee production due to weather. They also assure you that the loan company that services your solar loan will remove the **** on your home if you need them to. This is not as simple as they make it seem, it requires additional fees and 5-10 business days worth of processing time and most mortgage companies do not accept a temporary removal of a lien. There is a lot of misinformation given during presentation.Review from Marcelo C

After considering going solar for a long time but not being able to connect with the ideal company, I finally partnered with Blue Raven in 2024. From the customer service team to the installation crew, the entire process was very transparent and informative, giving me the confidence that I was working with a reliable and experienced team in the solar industry. I am very glad I choose BLUE RAVEN SOLAR as my Solar company. They were professional from Sales man through installers and notifications from customer service. My only complaint would be the promise of one day installation. It took two different appointments to finish plus one more to fix some issues of inspection failier from **************** Inspector involving no posting of electrical stick on signs on power boxes. It took 5 weeks longer to get my system turned on than was planned. So all in all I would recommend BLUE RAVEN SOLAR for a solar company. Just be prepared for some possible delays. There arent enough words to explain our frustration with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We were approached in February 2024 by a salesman at our home. He was very nice, very convincing, and appeared very knowledgeable. We took some time to consider putting solar panels on our house, and ultimately said yes. The panels were installed on our roof at the end of August. Inspection failed on October 9, due to lack of critter guard installation. This is required by the city, and a competent project manager would know this. We have now had 4 different installers, over the course of 3 months, either tell us the critter guards that were sent to us were the wrong size, I ran out of daylight and will need to return, the last installer jimmied the wrong size guards on your panels (with a video to prove it), and finally, the most recent one saying everything is installed correctly, then running out to his car to leave when he was called out on his lie. We have emailed and called numerous people within the company, with very little return communication. Its now the end of December, and the weather kept the most recent and 5th installer from getting on the roof - so yet again, we are waiting for the correct critter guard to be installed correctly. During this waiting process, we have been contacted by the loan company to start paying back the loan. Luckily, they will defer payments until they are operational, however, interest will still accrue. So theres no problem with Blue Raven getting their money without supplying the customer with the product and service. Overall, this entire process has been nothing but ultimate frustration, and we now wish we would have gone with another company or no solar panels at all.Blue Raven Solar, LLC Response

I had an incredible experience with Blue Raven Solar from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to making the process seamless. Their consultant, Mantas (****) Makaras explained everything clearly, from the installation process to the financial savings, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. **** was genuinely invested in helping me understand the benefits of going solar and stayed engaged throughout the entire process. The installation was done efficiently and on schedule. Their customer service was excellent any questions I had were promptly answered (no long hold times), and they kept me informed at every step of the installation process. I'm excited to see significant savings on my electric bills, and its nice to know that I am contributing to a greener planet.
