Horrible Experience DO NOT BUY HERE I can't stress this enoughdo not buy a car from Action Auto. I bought a ******* Tucson from them, and just 12 hours after driving off the lot, I realized the climate control system was broken. No matter what temperature you set it to, the car blew burning hot air. I immediately started calling Action Auto to resolve the issue. I reached out 5 times using 3 different numbersand no one bothered to answer. After getting zero response, I began driving to the dealership, knowing I had only five days to exchange the car if there was an issue. As I was driving to the dealership, my husband informed me that he received a random text from their mechanic with a screenshot of a ****** search, claiming it was normal for my ******* to not have cool air in the winter.Naturally, I called ******* dealerships myself to verify this claim, and they completely lied to us. When we finally made it to the dealership, we had to sit through a painfully awkward situation where they called ******* on the phone and got caught red-handed lying about the cars condition.The worst part? They refused to fix the car unless we signed an NDAyes, they wanted us to sign a nondisclosure agreement just to fix a broken car that they sold us! Not only that, but we asked if they would sign something guaranteeing they would fix the car once we signed the ***, and they flat out said no. It was clear they were only trying to cover their own backs, not take responsibility for the faulty car they sold *****, four days after buying the car, we were forced to spend $1,000 of our own money just to fix the problem that Action Auto shouldve handled. This was all due to the fact that they sold us a broken car, then tried to manipulate us into signing an *** before they'd even consider fixing ***** top it off, they refused to talk to methey would only speak to my husband, completely ignoring me throughout the entire process.
