With this contract I was promised that the company would help me get the business and running in 12 months of leads and closing help. i never got the full training to be able to approach business to be taken serious to be able to get there business. i was also told that territories were protected and i was the only person in my territory. i asked Julius from the residual support staff on July 31, 2022 for a refund and the company address and he said they would be happy to refund me my money. I have the dated emails where I asked for a refund. i am requesting my $10,275 refund because of their unethical bait and switch tactic used by their sales consultants. They made all the claims to me per their instructions. patricia c***** and david c***** are the owners

    Good day!

This is in response to ****** *******' complaint against Residual Payments. At Residual Payments, we ensure that all our clients receive proper support. ****** was provided with dedicated customer support and a student advisor to address his concerns. Unfortunately, he was not satisfied. Prior to finalizing the agreement with our customers, we request them to read and sign a document that outlines the terms and conditions for the benefit of both parties. Section 3 of the attached document includes a no refund policy due to the nature of our product, where we provide knowledge and trade secrets that cannot be returned. I apologize if Mr. ****** ******* found our services unsatisfactory, but we must adhere to the terms agreed upon by both parties.

In May 2023 I paid Residual Payments for a course. After completing that course, I was asked to purchase an agency contract for $5997. With this contract I was promised that the company would help me to be the business up and running and 12 months of leads and closing help. I spent $3000 for a professional website. I was also told that territories were protected and I was the only person in my territory. I have found 3 other people in my territory. I’m looking for Residual Payments to refund all the money paid to them as well as the $3000 for the website. I’m requesting these amounts due me based on the unethical bait and switch tactic used by their sales consultant. She made all the claims to me per their instructions. I’m now out tens of thousands of dollars.
