We worked with Kathy for an event. Kathy has one of the only businesses locally with this model and price as well as with this much inventory, but I would be aware of what you are getting yourself into. Kathy was easily the hardest, most dreaded part of our event. She was disrespectful, abrasive, and just unnecessarily rude. I absolutely dreaded my interactions with her as I felt like I was being reprimanded each time. I had a lot of questions and was confused by her packages, and I felt punished for having questions. She knows she has a good deal, but she is an absolute nightmare to work with. I truly lost sleep over working with her, but was stuck. Along with her extremely disrespectful communication, Kathy's warehouse is the most overwhelming place I have ever been. She was so unhelpful and any time I would ask where something was, she would rudely tell me to go find it. She needs a printed catalog with photos of things people can rent. Her website is not updated and looks cheap. If you can get past these things, she does have some good inventory. Some of it is so cheap and just ****, but she does have some good pieces. I would not recommend her and I will continue to review where I can as her treatment of us was unbelievable.

***** was 1.5 HOURS late for a meeting with the venue. I paid over $1300 for her services and he to cancel to do Covid. She said she would give 50% of the money back and the other 50% can be used as a credit but has never provided the refund despite following up for a year and a half. She blocked my number and hangs up on me when I call with different numbers and she doesnt respond to any of my emails. She is in breach of contract because she has no intention of fulfilling her contact- her terms and policies state that ALL MONEY paid can ALWAYS be transferred to a future date. Her previous business name was *********************** but changed it because of the trouble she has gotten into in the past- I found it in ***** public court records where a civil claim was filed against ***********************. She has a LONG HISTORY of unlawful activity according to PUBLIC **** court records. Shes been CONVICTED/found guilty of: ATTEMPTED THEFT, a 2nd DEGREE FELONY for FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION, and FALSIFYING INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT/GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. She has 10 LIENS against her from Utah ******************** and ********* Services. 8 EVICTION Court records and some of those cases are for Utah DIY Wedding. 12 CIVIL CALIMS, 5 SMALL CLAIMS, 9 DEBT COLLECTIONS, 3 ABSTRACT OF JUDGMENTS.
