The communication here is unprofessional. It was very difficult to make my first appointment. During the intake appointment the doctor seemed disinterested and was focused on something at his desk. He didn't really look at me until the last 5 minutes of the appointment. The doctor told me that someone would call me later that day to set up appointments. After a few days I started calling the clinic and leaving messages. Finally, after no attempts made by the clinic to reach me, I contacted a different location. Then someone from Midvale called me soon after. While at the first appointment I had to talk to several staff members to determine what other appointments I needed to schedule. For my other procedures, I wasn't given much information about them from the medical staff. I had to look online to learn what the procedures entailed. I found out at an appointment I needed a urine test. I had just emptied my bladder because I had not been told how to prepare. I told the nurse my frustration to which she replied that they are busy. Whenever I came to the clinic I only saw myself and maybe one other patient. There were always at least three secretarial type workers sitting at desks (which was beyond me as to why phone calls weren't answered or returned). During one appointment the room looked unsanitary. There was dried die drops all over the floor, especially by the exam table. At the final meeting the doctor started going over options and costs (but didn't really sound interested in offering them). Before our meeting finished he told me that women just have this need to have babies, and that his role is to tell me what the clinic offered and how much it costs. Trying to get my information transferred to my surgeon was extremely difficult. In total, I signed 3 release of information forms. After a few weeks of not hearing from my surgeon, I contacted his office. They had never received my information, and that they had been trying for weeks to reach someone.

They never informed us what was going on the whole time. They never explained why certain hormones were not working. I saw our doctor once and only once for five minutes. Go anywhere but here. They will charge you an arm and a leg for nothing. Absolutely horrible. They helped us get pregnant but it was not worth it. We have not been there in months and we just barely got another **** in the mail saying that we are 60 days late in paying them. They are outrageous.
