    I am filing this complaint against Fiddle, a manufacturing and inventory management software provider, for their failure to deliver the promised service, their lack of response to my repeated refund requests, and their continued unauthorized charges to my account after I officially canceled the service. I initially paid $999 for onboarding and $299/month for seven months for their software, expecting a fully functional manufacturing and inventory management system that could calculate the cost of goods accurately and error-free. I also expected timely and effective customer support to address any issues. Unfortunately, Fiddle failed to meet these expectations in every way: The software contains serious errors that prevent it from functioning as promised, making it unusable for my business. Their customer support team has failed to address my concerns, despite repeated attempts to reach them via Slack and email for technical support and refunds. To resolve this issue, I canceled the service on September 25, 2024. However, Fiddle continued to charge my account $299/month for four months (October through January) after my cancellation request, resulting in $1,196 in unauthorized charges. Despite my efforts, my card provider has been unable to block these charges, leaving me no way to stop them. While I believe I should receive a refund for the full $3,092 I paid Fiddle, I would be willing to accept a partial refund of the $1,196 that was charged after my official cancellation date. That said, I’ll never get back the countless hours I wasted trying to make this software work or the stress and frustration I’ve experienced working with a company that appears to have no regard for its customers. I am requesting immediate action to refund the $1,196 in unauthorized charges (or ideally, the full $3,092) and resolution to prevent this from happening to other customers. Thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter.

    Around the first of the year I started receiving phone calls on my pesonal cell phone from financial institutions trying to get a hold of "Morgan" at this company. I usually receive about 3-5 calls and texts PER DAY. None of the contact information on their website works. I visited 2 locations where i could find addresses for this company online and both were vacant. I tracked down this Morgan (company CFO) on facebook and sent him a message asking for him to fix this problem. I sent emails to the company email addresses listed. No resolution and aside from a single line no response from them. my phone number is ###-###-####. when i presented this problem to morgan over facebook messenger he responded that his number is ###-###-####. He must have gotten it wrong when he put his number on some financial document that went out to every creditor in the universe. Despite this he or the company have done nothing to fix this problem. They have no known physical address anymore and besides a website i cant even see that they are still in business. yet the calls continue. please help if possible.
