Awful! Installed a dishwasher from ******* Upon entering the house the first thing we told them was dont scratch the floors they were newly refinished. They proceeded to tell us they were great at their job and wouldnt damage the floors. Well, they damaged the floors and then told us it wasnt their fault because we didnt disclose the floors had been refinished. (The fridge and stove were moved in and installed perfectly, from another company, with no scratches.) they also charged us an additional $120 for the FREE installation because it wasnt close enough to the sink. (Its right next to the sink.)

Bought a dishwasher from RC Willeys and Thais for installation. RC Willeys had Certified Installers come to install. We had no problems with power in our house. The installer came, couldnt figure out how to turn off the power to the kitchen for over an hour going back and forth between the breaker and all over our house. After installing the dishwasher there wasnt power to half the kitchen. He told us he cant fix it because he is t an electrician, to get an electrician and then the installer can come back and make sure the dishwasher works. They offered to waive the fee to come back. He wouldnt take the dishwasher out to double check the connections.Called to talk to a manager and only spoke with the person who answered phones who went back and forth with me. She said the technician said the problem was old wires and old breaker box. If he isnt an electrician how did he know what the problem was? Called ***************** customer service and they called me back with the response from the installer. Didnt offer any solutions.If there was a risk and he saw our electricity was old he should have stopped, informed us to agree to move forward or not.This is so unprofessional and horrible service! Im having an electrician come to assess the problem and Ill have to take this to court if it is the fault of the installer.
