I was intrigued by the social media posts so I thought I would give them a call to see what it was about. I was immediately called after I submitted my information. The call was brief to schedule a coach call. After the call they determined which coach would best suit my needs. They were all very personable. I have nothing but rave reviews for ******. I did sign up and purchase the equipment which by the way I have never used such great quality booty bands, and Im now 1.5 months in. My progress is more than expected. Im being coached on nutrition, emotional and physical strength. Ive never been too fond of exercise but this is different. 15 minutes a day is doable. Im excited about feeling great, eating healthy and learning about choices. My husband is even eating better. Its been a very positive experience.Review from Judith R

Ive been a customer since 2021. I recently placed an order that didnt go as smoothly: customer service didnt contact me for 3 days after our first text regarding a refund I was waiting for. It wasnt until I reached out to the owner on ******** that she got clarification about what happened and ensured I got my refund. The customer service rep then sent a confirmation text. A couple days later, I received my order: the box was ripped and taped back up in several spots and was missing a pair of the clamps for one of the dumbbell bars. I followed up with the owner about it and she was sincerely apologetic. 3 days or so after, I received the missing clamps. The owner addressed the recent delays in customer service publicly on social media which I appreciate. I still highly recommend ********************************* despite this recent hiccup. The program and products, in my opinion, are top notch and I love supporting a woman/American owned company. The fact the owner took the time to rectify my situation shows the care and concern she has for her customers which is rare nowadays. However, I would still recommend a live customer service agent versus leaving voicemails and texts.Review from Jennifer A

I signed up for a challenge with this business and the click bait to add items to your cart was relentless, needless to say, I ended up with multiple items and immediately requested a refund. Their website claims that youll receive a response from customer service within ***** hours but unfortunately, it was much longer and only after I tagged their private ************** for help did I get a response. I was told the refund was issued and I would receive it within **** business days, it is now 13 business days later, I do not have a refund and I am not getting responses from their customer service again. I love supporting small businesses, especially women owned but I cannot support the lack of follow-up from this company. On a positive note, the challenges are wonderful and the equipment I purchased in 2020 is a daily staple for exercise. Please work on your customer service or lack thereof.

This program is life changing!! I have tried literally everything in the past and never saw long term results, I am 5 months into the 6-month program and have a whole new outlook both physically and emotionally! I plan on staying with this group for the rest of my life. I am 59 am in better shape than I was in my 40s (or maybe even earlier) thanks to this program!Booty Bands, LLC Response

Love my coaches, love the app. I am 2 months into my 6 month program and feel so good about myself!! ***** and ****** are my coaches and my new friends!! They are most amazing!! ****** is the best! This program actually works! I have tried a million different workout programs and a thousand different ways of eating. This is the only program that has helped me reach my goals. Not only does it work, but its simple. You don't have to count calories or be stressed figuring out what to eat. Booty bands was created by a woman and is tailored towards women. I initially bought my gym and then ended up doing the 1:1 call. I decided to join the Sculpt and Tone Accountability Program..This was the BEST decision I have ever made. It is truly life-changing....and in a way that is sustainable. I joined, thinking I was just going to get help with workouts and nutrition. It ended up being so much more than that! Yes, I lost inches from my waist, but with guidance from my coach, I developed healthy life skills, such as how to deal with negative emotions, recognize and change eating habits, and most importantly, that it is not just OK but also imperative to make myself a priority and devote time to self care. My coach was there to support me through this whole journey ??, never judging or condescending. Always uplifting and empowering!And yes, the products are AWESOME too!Booty Bands, LLC Response

Life changing! Joined the accountability program because j wanted belly fat loss and to grow my glutes. I ended up gaining confidence and control over my fitness! And now i feel like I'm reverse aging! Things that used to be hard (like taking a sports bra off over my head) are easy! Plus my booty is growing and my waist is shrinking. I've never been able to stick to a program this long before (5 months) and I don't plan on stopping! Highly recommend!Booty Bands, LLC Response
