Predatory towing company. They are illegally patrolling private lots; when approached I was told the manager called it in, I was with the manager at the time who is a friend of mine, when the manager said he never called, Zips responded by saying "theres nothing we can do". Additionally, little to no support was offered in obtaining my vehicle and the ordeal took place from 11pm-3am.Review from Amelia B

they took my car from infront of my house. i called them 10+ times and they dont even have the courtesy to answer the phone or give the option to leave a voicemail. ridiculous and unprofessional. great idea to take someones means of transportation and then not give them a way to contact you.Review from KC L

Love working with them! They know what they are doing & helped me in a pinch quite a few times! Not sure why people complain. Maybe park where youre supposed to & follow parking laws! Thanks for all your hard work & keep it up!Review from Jessica H

We were put out of our space due to a sinkhole and parked right out front of our house. They didn't bother leaving a sticker and they towed our property away anyway, in the middle of the night, on a holiday. My husband went to leave for work in the morning and it was gone. We had to drive an hour out of our way to get it, spend hundreds of dollars of our monthly food money plus fuel in two vehicles.Review from Alyssa R

Can you guys not f****** leave stickers you have to powerwash off, just because everyone in this town hates you and no one ever actually requests your services so you have to go out into parking lots and look for cars with expired tags doesn't mean you have to leave a sticker you have to scrape off your window like a glass jar, this should be considered vandalismReview from Robert M

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A -5 STARS. THEY WRONGFUL TOOK MY CAR OUT OF IT'S ASSIGNED PARKING SPOT ON A SATURDAY. CHARGING ME ALMOST ****** TO GET IT BACK. MAKING ME LATE FOR MY JOB AT THE HOSPITAL. JEOPARDIZING PATIENTS SAFETY AND MY LICENSE. I HAVE CALLED AND EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE BACK. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL. THEY HAVE ALSO TOWED VEHICLES FOR BACKING INTO THEIR ASSIGNED PARKING SPOTS. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.Review from Good C

If I could give this company a zero star review that's what they would have. Absolute worst towing company. They hire criminals to do their work at 2:00 a.m. they must be on some really good stuff because they can't distinguish the difference between two illegally parked cars the exact same length yet they ******* that's obvious the other one not so obvious because they don't do their research don't know what they're doing and they're just scavengers. They legally towed my vehicle three times now. The first time Towing my truck and trailer from moving into a new apartment complex where the managers told them if a trailer is connected don't tow it. They make their own laws and rules and they need to be shut down out of service.Review from LC R

Wish I could give zero stars! They supposedly "monitor" our residential parking area. There are parking spots marked specifically for compact cars only. Apparently it's only an issue to park non-compact vehicles in these spots over night as no one comes to monitor during the day to make sure the spots are being fairly used although there are violations all day long. When they do come at 2 am to "monitor" they only tow the extremely obvious vehicles such as vans or trucks that don't fit the requirements, and leave vehicles of the exact same measurements safe and sound in the very next parking spot. Literally picking and choosing who to two when there are multiple offenders. They discriminate and then they are extremely unpleasant and difficult to deal with when you are unfortunate enough to have to encounter them.Review from Christa H

these ************* towed my car illegally when my husband was at a ***************** hanging out! he parked in the visitors parking and asked the friend if it was ok to park there and they said it was. the lines weren't very visible in the first place, but he still parked in the legal spot!
