Over the past couple months I've received emails from this company and have clicked the unsubscribe link in the emails. It obviously has not worked. I've even responded to this messages to let the sender know to remove me from all of these spam and harassing emails. The sender is not doing anything and continues to send harassing emails. If they can't do something as simple as this I wonder how much other things they are doing wrong with people's personal data.

I have contacted them twice requesting that my private data be removed from familysearch.org. They only give me the run-around. Their website told me to contact "DataPrivacyOfficer@churchofjesuschrist.org" and I did and was told to go to another web link, jump through hoops there to find this address: "nasupport@familysearch.org" which also ignored my request to remove my personal data. I want my personal data removed from this link: ****************************************************

Last week I got an e-mail from Family Search Administration saying that my Family Search account had been locked. I had some stuff in haste on my Family Search account, which I truly am sorry for. I requested a phone call last Wednesday which would have been June 1st. The gentleman that I talked to last week said they would get back in touch with me early this week about reinstating my account. Yesterday, June 7th, they sent me an e-mail with an attachment wanting me to print it off, sign it, scan it, and reattach it. I told the gentleman last week that I didn’t have access to a printer or a scanner, and told them that our local Family History Center did not have a scanner. All day yesterday I requested a phone call, and never received one. This morning I got an e-mail back telling me to take a screenshot of the attachment, edit it, then sign it, and then reattach it. Well, that didn’t work. Again, I have requested someone call me, and they won’t call me. I am in quarantine thanks to Covid, and am getting bored and frustrated. I was using my cousin’s account, and they locked that. I have a friend who manages my Ancestry DNA, and I use her Ancestry.com account all of the time. She said I could use her account until they reinstate my account. What is really frustrating is that they can lock a person’s account down, send an e-mail, but no phone support. Most businesses have phone support. This is piss, poor customer service. I also feel like these people are targeting me/monitoring my account. I would like a phone call from the business, and I want my account reinstated as soon as possible.
