*************************** of JJ Hardwood Floors is a liar and a thief. The work he and his company did for us was despicable at best. JJ Hardwood Floors installed flooring in out home in 2021, which was installed improperly which then caused several issues, including separating and cracking almost immediately. After several attempts trying to resolve this with him with no response, he finally reached out and said he would assist us in replacing the floor. He was to give us a credit for the flooring previously purchased and we would upgrade the flooring as an additional cost to **. We paid *************************** $7,120 for new flooring in November 2022. It took several phone calls and texts and we were finally able to get our flooring delivered from National Wood Products in February 2023. We were not able to ever get hold of ****** after the flooring was delivered to install the new flooring as he promised. We finally had to hire a different contractor to install the new flooring, which just happed this month (June 2023). National Wood Products has reached out to ** indicating that *************************** did not pay them for the wood that was delivered to us in February 2023. We paid ****** $7,120 for that flooring. National Wood Products shows that ****** owes them $5,563. So no only did we pay more than the cost of the flooring, but ****** kept the money we paid to him to obtain the flooring from National Wood Products. *************************** should not be able to do business like this. He is very unprofessional, a liar and a thief.

"JJ" *************************** is very dishonest and unprofessional. What a nightmare this has been.He did a horrible job installing LVP through our home. In hindsight we realized that didn't prep the subfloor properly, so the flooring had cracks and breaks throughout the home within two months of install. He blamed the product. So he suggested ordering a hardwood rather than LVP. He said he would give us a credit for the cost of the old product, and we would just pay the difference for the cost of the upgraded product. We paid him for that flooring in November 2022. Finally, after many calls, in February 2023 the flooring was delivered. After delivery, he wouldn't return our calls about installing the floors. Eventually, after having a 6X6 stack of wood "acclimating" in the middle of our house for five months, we gave up on him and hired an actual professional to install the flooring in June 2023. I thought we were finally finished with this. I guess not. I just got a call from collections at National Wood Products. ** took our $7,120.80 payment for the flooring product, and didn't pay National for our wood. Now they are telling me they could put a lien on my house because this ***** doesn't pay his bills. We'll see him in court!
