            A business: Senawave was hired to place inter-duct in our neighborhood… All inter-duct was placed two weeks ago, the business properly notified homeowners of their property (6 ft easements while working… *** Two days ago, said company (Senawave proceeded to probe the street across from my home, my neighbor called me to inform me this company was placing a 30,000 pound drilling device in my yard!! I was home, in the backyard preparing for winter… I went out to the front yard to investigate and inquire what was happening . No person performing the work to respond to my questions; no workers spoke English! Finally a supervisor showed up at my home… I told the supervisor, his company had not notified me of the work and he was on my property (30ft) without my permission Legally, the company is required to give homeowners at minimum 2 days notice and receive permission from homeowners to come on their property… The company (Senawave) continued to drill across the street… I finally was able to track down the owner (David B*******) and informed him he had not been given permission to come on my property!! Mr. B******* tried to placate me, saying he would take care of all the problems (damages) come spring! **** My major complaints are:**** 1- I was not properly informed of asking for use of my property (no signage!) 2- After I told the supervisor he was trespassing, he tried to make excuses for the company’s behavior! 3- The drilling continued without my permission! -4 I have numerous pictures to justify my complaints. I could use your assistance, to insure this company is held accountable for their actions & this does not happen to anyone else!
