I have been a loyal customer to this organization. Payment immediately provided after each service. I contacted them to advise them that as of February 7, 2024, we would no longer be at our residence due to a move to ********. With only one service remaining, they refuse to allow the exit of a service agreement until a final termination fee is paid. These are circumstances I have no control of.

Ive been using the company for a year at my house and to be honest, great service there always calling me or texting me letting me know when my service about to happen, no bugs or weeds whatsoever and even if i did see a bug i called them right up and they came back for free of charge. My weeds were im truck driver so not really home so much, so when i do tons of weed i have so they took care of it really well. I live right behind a whole desert we get all types of critters, so when the salesman showed up i wanted to be like no no thank you but he was nice explaining exactly everything i need to know about the service the pay. He didnt sugarcoat anything and then in the end i gave it a shot. Moving foward im definitely keeping the service. So Prime *********** has been a great service to me and my home.

A gentleman came to my door and offered me pest control as well as weed control. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail to where my wife and I understood. The technician came that same day and performed and exceptional service. Its been a year and I have a big free house still(not to mention the nicest lawn on my street). Have had to reschedule a couple times and the tech has missed some things here and there but were all human, all-in-all Im happy with the service. Keep doing what your doing guys!

Been with them for a while after someone stopped at my door and offered the pest control service to me. I had a small ant issue and after they came by I never saw them again! Whenever I see anything I just call them and they take care of it for me.

This company is a Scam. They dont show you major parts of the contract until after you sign and have locked yourself into a ridiculously high priced contract. They didnt complete initial services to start with. When I called the receptionist was extremely rude. We have canceled services and they refuse to stop sending people to our house and sent threatening emails. We asked for our final bill the first time we tried to cancel and they sent the contracts. They wont leave us alone and their services are left wanting. The technicians are nice but the office is a sham and their policies are bordering on harassment at this point. They wont close my account until I pay $800 to close it out. Nobody has that kind of money up front and they wont even try to talk about a payment plan, simply sending emails saying theyll take that full amount from my account. Then when they send people they dont even confirm with you that the schedule works. They just show up at whatever time they decide. I regret ever believing that this was a professional business. This has been one of the worst things we have ever been conned into. And worse than the harassment and rudeness, the product DOES NOT WORK. I had MORE bugs and had to use a separate service who has been fantastic and does not harass us. DO NOT sign with this company. Its a waste of money and a giant headache.

I would rate this so called company negative stars if possible. I was recommended to this company for cheaper prices. I was scheduled an appointment and was told it is quarterly services with FREE RESPRAYS. To my surprise I was charged for the respray. I called the company and was told “no, that is a monthly fee for our services. it says that in the contract you signed.” The two sprays and two transactions were two weeks apart. I was never told I was signing a contract. I was told I was signing for them to use my debit card information for the QUARTERLY fees. The technician for this service did not allow me to read whatI was signing. I asked to cancel this service but merchant will not cancel without charging me a $400 cancellation fee for their in her own words “24 month contract service fees.” This is the biggest scam I have ever come across. The product they use does not work. Since the two sprays I have had MORE pests than before. This company will continue to scam people until they are shut down. I have heard of two other people being scammed from this company too. Wish I knew before I got caught up in this scam. What a con of a business.

This company is full of scam artists. I ended up with a 1-year contract that couldn't be cancelled without paying in full. The sales guy was extremely pushy and also very careful to NOT tell you what you're really signing up for. Fine, my mistake for answering the door in the first place. BUT when I called to cancel the service the month before the end of the contract (because the contract states it has to be at least 30 days prior) I am told that it must be cancelled EXACTLY 30 days out. If I were to miss that date by even 1 day they will continue to charge me. I can't even tell that they actually come to spray as they come when I'm at work. If they try and contact you, shut the door and run!
