Refusing to reimburse us for their lumper fees, stating that it's my job to get in touch with their broker/employee and do their job. Constantly being refused the chance to speak to a manager in the A/P department. Called Global Tranz because they bought out Apex and they tell me that they are not able to help me because they are "not" Apex. But they are liable for Apex's shortcoming. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!Review from Mary B

Booked 1 load, sent numerous reminders that invoice has not been paid to several email addresses and no one even bother to answer! Invoice is past due. No answer. Do NOT recommend.Review from Cynthia D

Have booked three loads with this company and the first time it took them 73 days to get paid, the second load took 45 days, and this time it took 74 days. They do eventually pay and they paid what was promised but it seems like a lot of extra administrative work so if you are a small company I would not recommend using them. This last load they stated they deposited the funds into someone else's bank account and they were waiting on the funds to kick back before they could release them back to us. Note we are a 30 day pay customer.
