            Order #****** Ordered sheets and they came damaged. I sent numerous emails starting on 4/24/22. I heard back on 5/3/22 that asked me to send them pictures of the tags on the sheets. I had already sent the pics of all of the damaged spots. They said they would advise me further about an exchage once I sent the pics of the tags. I sent them back to them immediately. I sent them another email on Sunday asking for further instruction. They sent me an automated reply offering me a discount off my next purchase. Just looking for the exchange or option to return. I ordered the sheets on April 7th and did not get them until 4/23.             Deceptive business practices and poor customer service. - They listed a product for $359.00 on their corporate website. - I purchased the product with a 50% off promo code. -The product packaging once delivered had a price of $299.00 -I emailed them to inquire. -I emailed them a week later to inquire. -I emailed them a gain another week later. -About a month later, I got a form email that had nothing to do with my request for reimbursement or refund. Only a promo code so I could be conned by them again. -I understand their entire business model is based upon deception. Misrepresenting their product. However, when they misrepresent the price without disclosure, it goes from legally acceptable puffery, to a violation of several consumer protection laws. -I understand why this company has an F from the BBB.
