I must be small potatoes for this organization because it's clear they don't care about my business or property.First year was great. Second year has been horrid. Why?1. They didn't deliver on their contractual obligations even after I pointed it out to them.2. They will bail on the tiniest amount of rain.3 They start the mowing season far too late.4. They've also missed large chunks of my back lawn (I'm talking like 5 ft x 8 ft sections) where I'd have to remind them I was paying them for their service.We were paying $70 / week for a residential ~ 1/4 acre lot and I feel taken advantage of at this point.My front lawn was one of the best in the neighborhood and was ruined last week when they absolutely scalped it to maybe 1 inch in height, far too short for the current weather and left all the mulching or clippings behind (my contract had a clause about not doing that). My back lawn (with a mower set to a reasonable height) still looks great. I'm including a couple of photos on my ****** and yelp reviews so you get a sense of what the front looked like before they wrecked it.Oh it gets better. Made 2 phone calls and sent 2 emails to them saying "I'm firing you guys" that were not communicated, so the crew showed up again today and started scalping the front lawn all over again.Don't believe me? Affordable Lawncare winterized my sprinklers last fall 2023. My husband was talking to their quality inspection person who joked that he was there to steal our parts. He removed our **** ******* ***** 1" 375 Reduced Pressure Principle Backflow Preventer, and then left with it. My husband didnt know that this was unusual because I usually work with them. It is now time to start up my sprinkler system, but I cant because that part is required and they took it. I called them asking for them to bring it over and they claim they dont have it. Its a fact that my husband watched them take it. The kicker is that this part is $500! They likely sold it as times are hard. I cant believe the dishonesty and lack of integrity. I have now had to buy the part so my yard doesnt die. We absolutely cant afford this part as adds to our difficulty. Do not use this company! They are dishonest and wont back their clients! I am so disappointed
