    Ordered step running boards for my 24 Tacoma 10/25 . Showed in stock. When I reach out to Yota Garage I get order on its way. When I ask for shipping # its not available. How does a company built on dishonesty allowed to operate. I couldnt find what I needed from anyone else or would have changed up. They have my $. Hoping get order by spring.

    I ordered on September 7 somethings for my tacoma. On the 24th I still had not heard anything about my order. So called Yotagrage and they told me that they had pasted my order on. They told me that they would check for me after he got off the phone with me. Come to find out my order was sent to ******** who was making what I bought. I emailed Tufskinz the next day.and received a email back from them. They stated that they had received my order on the 24th. The same day I talked to ************ Yotagrage lied to me about sending Tufskinz my order on the 7th. That's the service that you get working with this company. Order at your own risk!!

    Terrible customer service. Shipping takes forever and they say items are shipped and on the way, when they are not. Pathetic excuses like, "We currently have a 1-2 week shipping delay in our warehouse due to a large influx of orders and part deliveries. I apologize for the inconvenience." No kidding...you have orders that now need to actually ship them? Wow..what a concept. 2-3 weeks to get items "in stock" and right now, I have waited 5 weeks for an item and have no idea when I will receive it. These guys suck!

    Terrible customer service. Have been waiting for an exhaust that still on their site says in stock, for 3 months. Coming to the point where I'm going to report to credit card that they are a fraud company.

    I’ve ordered shock absorbers through this garage and it’s been 12 days it shows shipping I don’t know 5 to 6 days UPS or ground FedEx. I’ve sent them three emails they’ve shipped nothing I’ve spent $400 there and to this date I’ve left them three emails phone call which you can’t leave a voicemail because it’s automated waiting for another gearhead to come on the phone, I’ve use the chat message it says unavailable so I don’t know if these guys have gone broke or what but they’re sure not responding I don’t know how to get my $400 back
