    I had to have a key made for my truck at midnight the tech came out and did not have the correct stuff to make my key so he found 3 diffrant keys one to unlock my truck one to start my truck and one to activate the alarm on my truck I was charged 368 dollars when I talked to them it was 150 I want the right key just one that operates my truck or a refund of 218 dollars when I called the office the owner was very very rude and unprofessional this is no way to treat coustmer I wish I would of went with different locksmith

    I called the 24/7 Locksmith on 10/29/22. They dispatched a technician by the name of Eli A**. I also think he goes by Eli S*****. He came to my home and drilled out my lock and was unable to replace it with a keypad lock. He told me he would return on 10/31 to replace it and left his phone number. I called both him and the agency this morning. The agency stated they would put me in contact with their lead technician, but they kept sending me to him. He cursed me out the first time and every time he returned my call. He also sent me a text and voice memo that cursed me out. I pay him $720.98 through Zelle and I am trying to dispute that with my bank but they are unsure if they can resolve it. He left an invoice with 24/7 Locksmith Services, but no work order on that invoice. I was so cold and in need of getting in my apartment that I let myself be scammed. My landlord also called him this morning and he cursed her out as well. I do not feel safe and am having another locksmith come as soon as possible to replace my lock. This is highly unacceptable behavior. I do have image, but for some reason it will not let me upload them. I can send them to an email if needed. This company preys on people.

    We had the company, a locksmith company, unlock our car where we had locked the keys in the car accidentally. The locksmith came out, but didn't give us a receipt. We called and asked for a receipt, but only sent a credit card receipt. In order to get reimbursed from AAA, we needed a detailed receipt stating they opened the car and retrieved the keys. We have called several times asking for that receipt. The last time I called the owner called me back and continued to tell me to **** off and that he wasn't going to give me a receipt because I kept calling their business and asking for the receipt. I also wrote a negative review on Google reviews about not getting a receipt and the kind of treatment we have been receiving. The location where the car was to unlock was at *** * * ******, SLC 84103 on May 30, 2022 at 2:44pm. All I am asking is to receive a detailed receipt.

    Called in an emergency to get a key made as mine were stolen, was quoted 170 for the key with a chip to be made, they were offering the best price and closest time so I said yes, the locksmith said he would arrive in 10 mins time after 30 minutes I called and he answered as if it were just his phone and not a work call, when I asked he said oh yeah this is the locksmith sorry I’m 5 minutes out and then proceeded to take 10 minutes once on site he made sexual comments about a female coworker and took personal phone calls talking about smoking and going to wendover or Vegas with his buddies, he was not in a uniform or labeled truck and insulted his own coworker Dallas calling him a f-ing idiot, once the key was programmed and done he told me the cost would be 250 80 more than I was quoted when asked about it he said his manager changed it his manager was already home for the weekend so I could not ask him I had no choice but to pay and go home, I called and made a complaint was promised that I would get a call back never did, this morning I was called because I had disputed the charge to the correct amount as they had done nothing, my banker misunderstood and charged back 170 not the full 100 difference in the 270 dollar charge after card fees, instead of talking like an adult the owner insulted me called me a f-ing liar and idiot and would not work with me at all to resolve he only threatened me either pay or I will take you to court and make it worse, I was kind and didn’t report his worker for harassment and that to have faith in a small business but he has failed as a business owner and as a person. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHATEVER YOU DO CAUSE IF IT GOES SOUTH HE WILL GO IGNORANT!!!
