    I ordered a machinery part and paid with PayPal but have not received any notice that my order have been accepted or payed, even though I have had the payment deducted from my account, or of shipment. But most disturbing this company has no on line contact only a phone number that no one answers. I want to cancel my order with this company and try another source to get the parts I need to get my machine running again. Thank You ******

    I paid for an item online and now the company has contacted me requesting more money for the item, these people are scam artist, the lady on the phone stated this has happened to a lot of people who have ordered from them.This is a very unprofessional and unethical way of running a business!!!

    I AM SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE, WE HAD A CLITCH IN OUR SYSTEM AND NUMEROUS ITEMS WENT TO A $2.49, EVEN NUMEROUS MACHINES THAT ARE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.  OUR PROGRAMERS FIXED THE PROBLEM AS FAST AS THEY COULD BUT SOME ORDERS DID GET THROUGH.  NOT SURE WHAT YOUR ITEM WAS THAT YOU ORDERED BUT ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO RAN INTO THIS PROBLEM HAD NO PROBLEM AND UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM THAT WAS HAD, IT SEEMS THAT ONLY THOSE WHO TRIED TO CAPITALIZE ON THE OPPORTUNITY TO GET SOMETHING EXTREMLY UNDERPRICED WERE THE **** WHO COULD NOT/DID NOT ACCEPT THE COMPUTER SYSTEM ERROR. AGIAN WE ARE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVIENCE AND GAVE THE OPTION FOR A FULL REFUND. THANK YOU.

    I called the local Salt Lake number and soke to a CS rep inquiring about a part for my router. He informed me they had 3 in stock so I went online and ordered all 3 as the price was low ($2.49 each) and I assumed it was a discontinued item. The next day I recieved an email stating this item was not in stock and they would have to order it direct from the manufacturer and charge me additional $73.83 per unit. They proceeded to cancel my order after I refused to pay additional after my order was already placed. I would like the product that I ordered at the published price on their website at the time of order.Order Date: 8/30/2022 Order Number: *********** Item: 3x Dewalt Armature Assy.SKU: 398221-01SV Order Total: $7.47 Shipping: $11.90 Tax: $0.56 Grand Total $19.93

    We apologize for the inconvenience, there was a glitch in our system, and we had over a couple hundred parts/items that had prices change to that $2.49.  Many other customers ran into this same problem, someone ordered a $700.00 ************ for $2.49 but he was understanding like all the rest and knew that it couldn't be right.  We are a small "ma and pops" store trying to do our best and if we were to have honored all these computer glitches, we would have been ran out of business overnight after being in business for over 80 years.  Again, sorry that you were not able to capitalize on a computer glitch that would have got you a crazy price that was obviously not correct.
