I am totally disappointed in doctors ******* and ********. In opposition to their advertisements, they do NOT listen to patients. I first went to ********************. I had a migraine at the time. The sounds inside my head were sizzling/ringing/popping to the point he apparently couldn't get a good reading., from the type of questions he asked. He obviously "guessed" at the results. When I received the hearing aids, the left one quit working in minutes, after leaving his office. I called. He said to replace the new batteries with another pair. It seemed to help for a while, then it quit working again. This kept happening with the left one. I kept reporting it. Over a year and a half later, the left quit working for good. I was furious because the warrantee was no longer in effect. When the tech told me this, I was distraught because I had repeatedly told the Dr. it wasn't working right. The tech was very nice, called someone and got an okay to have them repaired for free, if they could be repaired. I met next with ******************** and told him I have repeatedly told ******************** the hearing aids escalate the background noises but not the speaking noise. He never would listen. (Most friends I know have loved theirs from the start) I had just told ******************** I suffer from chronc migraines. He told me my aids were set on 70% power. Knowing I suffer from chronic migraines, ******************** put my devices to full 100% power with me NOT having the ability to turn them down because he controlled that from his computer.He did say he would retest but after what he did, I feel I cannot trust him NOR ********************
