            Order date - Oct 18, 2023 Paid $2,475.00 Payment was 50% deposit for a custom Iron Exterior door. This business had committed to have a custom Iron door made for me and delivered and installed at my new home build in Toquerville, UT. My complaint is the following; I order a custom door from Styles Iron door in Oct 2023. When I checked on it in Feb 2024 they had not yet ordered the door. Tiffany F***** said the door was forgotten but would make sure it got ordered. In May 2024 I found that Styles Iron door was going out of business. I received an email saying that all orders would be filled, and all contracts would be completed. Just today, I received another email saying another company would fulfill my contract. When I contact the new company, they are reluctant to fill my contract and do not know if my door was ever ordered. The doors are made in China. It seems like the new company, My Iron Doors, is going to try to get my custom door but they will not provide me with anything in writing. I have $2,475 in money lost and no door. How can you help?
