    On June 3rd, 2024, I paid a $1,583.26 deposit Millcreek Window and Flooring for an outdoor blind for my balcony door. I paid the remaining balance, $1,583.19 after installation on July 2nd, 2024. Since install the blind has consistently failed to function properly. The company has attempted to repair it 5 times, and we are now on the 6th repair attempt. Despite their continued efforts, the blind remains unusable. I have no confidence that additional repairs will resolve the issue, as each repair has resulted in the same problems reoccurring within days or weeks or rendering it unusable until the next replacement part is ordered and delivered, which is always weeks out. Scheduling these repairs has been extremely frustrating, with delays stretching weeks at a time and poor communication throughout. In November after the 4th issues requiring a 5th repair, I informed the company that I was no longer willing to proceed with further repairs and requested a refund or alternative resolution. However, the owner, Ken, insisted on a 5th repair. I obliged and the 5th repair was yesterday, December 11th which currently it remains unusable until the next replacement part is delivered. I was given no timeline and rudely told it will be here when it gets here. I instead requested a refund again as I’m beyond frustrated and spent too much money to be dealing with this for 6 months. Ken flatly refused to issue a refund and insisted on moving forward with the sixth repair attempt. He provided no guarantee that this would resolve the issue, nor assurance that I would not have to go through further repairs in the future. Today I am left with a partially installed, unusable blind, holes in my exterior wall, and no resolution in sight. The blind has worked less than 20% of the time since installation, and the company has failed to deliver a functional product. I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of the product, the lack of resolution, and the refusal to provide fair compensation.
