    Romex showed up at my door. I said I was late for an appointment. They stopped me saying it will only take a sec. We will spray today and 4 other times for 99$ lie #1 . The initial one is 99 then charge the others separately. I asked if I could cancel after and he said yes with no consequences. I signed the contract on their iPad which said nothing about all the fees. That wasn't printed up until later with my signature attached. I saw an increase of bugs that I haven't had in 6 years living here. Like they sprayed sugar on my house. And something to attract spiders. So I told them I wasn't interested anymore. I caught them spraying anyway and when I ran them off was immediately charged for that service and the 250 early cancelation. I had to cancel my card and get a new one and block this company. Months later they showed up again and my son had to run them off. Never use them. They are a scam and lie about everything. Only to take your money. As long as they have a card they will charge continuously even after saying you want nothing to do with them. Do not trust them.

    Romex pest control has been charging me for services not performed we have seen an increase of pests including spiders, ants and scorpions NOT a decrease. They lied about their services - pest control - animals/critters did not die - we still found ants and roaches everywhere. We live in an HOA and they did not have permission to come on our property. They even lied about that - they DID not have permission. I paid for the months that they serviced our home, but I will not continue to pay and I cancelled the contract and now they want to charge me $250.00 for cancellation. Asked for a cancellation of my agreement and not to be charged the early cancellation fee based on the fact that his representative tricked me to get into this agreement concealing material facts Their people were rude and forceful - entering my home by literally pushing to door and would not take NO for an answer. I know these are the same type of people that do this throughout our state. Services began on May 12th and cancelled on September 30th. I want the cancellation fee waived as their services were below expectations.Romex continue to arras us forcing us to continue with their service. Romex address listed is **** **** ***** ******* ***** *** Pleasant Grove UT. 84062. Romex provide service in Louisiana and other states, but use address in UT. They target new housing developments, stating they provide pest control services, forcing home owners to commit to services

    My wife and I are receiving numerous calls and threats from Romex General Pest Control, ###-###-####, for service performed over two years ago. Which is no longer needed. Romex continue to send personnel to our resident to spray for pest which we had to turn away saying we do not need anyone to spray our property. Romex continue to arras us forcing us to continue with their service. Romex address listed is **** **** ***** ******* ***** *** Pleasant Grove UT. 84062. Romex provide service in Louisiana and other states, but use address in UT. They target new housing developments, stating they provide pest control services, forcing home owners to commit to services they do not want, sending persons at your premises to spray when you are not home, then bombard them with threating phone calls, texts and email to pay if they cancel the service or refuses to allow them to treat their property continuously. Can I get some assistance from your offices please in stopping these harassments; the phone calls, text, and email is causing undo stress on my wife and myself. I am a disabled veteran with enough stress as it is and clearly do not need any additional stress from these people.     Romex pest control has been charging me for services not performed we have seen an increase of pests including spiders,ants and scorpions NOT a decrees. The notice of work not performed was confirmed on Aug 2nd 2022 when they said they treated our whole exterior of the home including the back yard however when they sent me an invoice at 4:07 pm stating the treatment has been completed I was outside in the back yard the entire time in which no one came. My wife was inside the whole time in which was never a knock at the door they stated they have photo Evidence which only has a picture of the front door. I called them stating I want a refund of all services as pests have only increased and due to last service I believe they have been charging me without providing service in the contract they stated that they did provide service and that they will nor refund anything but will cancel my contract without charging me the $250 cancelation fee. I stated I still wanted a refund they declined and I mentioned I will file a complaint with the BBB pertaining this issue then they threatened to charge me the cancelation fee if I do then they disconnected the call. Update they just charged me the cancelation fee without my consent

    Romex Pest Control representative Mikal B***** came to my house on 04/23/22 offering the pest control service with whatever promotions she has. I was told that there will be one initial treatment (on the date i sign the contract) plus 4 different treatments afterwards. I agreed to pay her $99 plus tax for the initial treatment. I asked if there's any early cancellation fees or any terms i need to be aware of before i sign the contract and representative Mikal B***** assured me there's none i should be worry of. Based on what she said and since she came with her personal iPad, I had to sign the agreement on the spot. The company emailed a copy of the signed agreement and to my surprise there was a $250 early cancelation fee. I called today 06/02/22 and spoke with Brad at the cancellation dept. Asked for a cancellation of my agreement and not to be charged the early cancellation fee based on the fact that his representative tricked me to get into this agreement concealing material facts. He refused to help and charged my credit card $250 for an early cancellation. This is unacceptable. The company send their representative to get new customers by concealing material facts from customers and then charge early cancellation fees. This is not a good business. Good businesses should be built on honesty not tricking elderly people. Am asking for a FULL REFUND OF $250 that the company charged my credit card for on June 2nd, 2022. This company and it subsidiaries (in Plano, TX) has 15 complaints filed against them in the past 12 months for same reason. PLEASE READ EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY TO KNOW THAT MY COMPLAINT IS NOT THE FIRST IN THAT REGARD. WE'RE DEALING WITH A BAD BUSSINESS.
