            I hired Lucky 7's Concrete to install a sidewalk at my home. The contract provided by Lucky 7's included labor and concrete. Lucky 7's was paid in full when the job was completed. I recently received a collection notice from ***********, the company that provided the concrete, stating they had liened my home due to non payment. I reached out to Lucky 7's and was told that they would call Geneva and fix the issue. This did not take place and lucky 7's has not answered my phone calls or returned messages. I would like ****** to be paid or my money refunded so that I may pay Geneva.

            We signed a contract for concrete in January. It's been twice as long as the contract stated and there is still no concrete. We want a refund of our $7,000, which he claims he will repay but hasn't. I've attached the contract, proof of payment, as well as the text messages sent by Lucky 7s concrete, my husband, and myself. Could you please help us get our refund? Thank you so much for your time!

            Customer asked for refund before work was completed. Refund will be issued after all materials and labor cost have been added for work completed then remaining balance will be refunded.

            We never canceled the job. We would love for him to finish the job. We’ve been waiting 7 months for a job that can be done in a matter of days. 

            Please finish the job or refund the $7000 in full.

            Sioeli **** T******** with Lucky 7s Concrete has not finished my job. Beware! I'm now out $10,000 and still have no rv pad and sports court. He started the project in July 2022 and never came back after doing a 1/3 of the work . Now avoiding me and it's January 21st, 2024!

            We could not finish project due to snow weather but have informed customer when it’s warmer first of spring most likely we will definitely finish job. We have formed job there is little prep work to be done. So we will finish prepping then pour but when it’s not snowing and wet.

            Contractor damaged window well covers while pouring concrete. Agreed to pay the damages. I sent a copy of the invoice I paid to repair damage, giving contractor (Joe) 30 days to remit, due on September 20, 2022. To date, I haven’t heard from contractor nor received payment. Attached are copies of invoice and Joe’s agreement to pay.
