I got into a triple roll over accident on the 20th of the July due to me being in the hospital and in shock I was not able to get over to the business at all up until recently on the 6th of August upon going into there they told me that the bill to collect my car including the tow and the rental storage fee is 1602.00. The tow was around 900.00 dollars and the rental fee that was accruing daily was 40.00 dollars. This was not told to me until I called them on the 6th. When I went into the business the following Monday the 22nd they told me nothing of the funds that were accruing and the amount of the tow. I am went in there on 08/13/24 to give them the title to the car and relinquish my rights to the vehicle. They told me that they would work with me on getting them the money they needed but its my understanding that once I did that I should not have to pay for anything other than maybe the tow. But right now I am between jobs and can not pay it.

-Date our vehicle and camper were towed was 5/16/2024. -The amount we were charged to tow our camper was $3620.22 to haul it 11 miles, but on the receipt the crooked tow company said it was “12 miles” -The amount we were charged for them to DRIVE our truck was 851.50. -The tow company destroyed our camper door when breaking in, causing us to no longer be able to lock our camper. -They broke into our camper to put slides in, but didn’t take the time to move anything out of the way so now the slides won’t go all the way in and they messed up the motor because its making a bunch of popping noises and doesn’t slide all the way in like it did before they damaged our property. -Tow company then found truck keys after breaking door handle, and then DROVE our truck to tow yard charging us $851.50 to drive our own vehicle, put our own miles, and use our fuel to go 11 miles down the road. -Not only did they charge us a total $4,471.72 they told us the only way they would accept our payment was CASH after we already paid $851.50 for our truck with debit card. The BIGGEST crooks we’ve ever dealt with.
