    I received a proposal from Mynt Solar in November 2023. No contract was ever signed. No approval was ever given by the city power company to do an install. I applied for and was approved for a loan to purchase the system once installed. They had the dishonesty to draw on that loan for half the amount of my proposal only on January 15 2024 for $16,050.00. February 8th I received an email from Bailey saying they were still working with Hyrum City Power. So that draw on the loan should be illegal. I have tried phone calls etc. after March of 2024 no answers. Then in June 2024 8 find out from Bailey L***** and Jeff S*** that they no longer work for Mynt Solar. Their main number and the number for Skye go straight to voicemail. I have texted Brandon C***** with no response. I called once and he texted me that he would call me later. Nothing. I have filed a complaint with the Utah Department of Occupational and Professional Licensing. When I spoke with DOPL. They suggested I file a complaint immediately and not hesitate. I thought I did enough homework to avoid getting scammed. I guess I missed something somewhere along the way.

    We contracted with Mynt to have solar installed in Los Angeles around Nov of 2023 (They cover Utah, Neveda, and California). They partially installed our solar, and then starting May of 2024, they dropped off the face off the earth. No phone calls are being answered or returned, no email are being answered. I don't know if they went bankrupt and I must file a claim, or if they intend to just drop people cold without finishing their work. This is my last move before I seek litigation.

    Mynt installed our solar panels and within a year, the Enphase Envoy quit working, which monitors the solar panel output. Mynt sent someone and they confirmed it was defective and was within the warranty period. They ordered a new unit from Enphase. Enphase confirmed that they delivered it to Mynt withing the month but Mynt still has not installed the replacement unit. I have emailed them several times and called several times and they have been completely silent. It has been four months since it was delivered to Mynt.

    I paid 20K for a solar install that was never completed, and now I’m stuck with a loan for 20K. They went completely radio silent, and will now answer the phone or email. They made promises to come back and finish the install, promised to send a $500 promotional gift card, and get me set up on a monitoring system. None of these items have been delivered.

    The solar energy generation system installed by Mynt Solar does not produce energy.

    I engaged in a solar installation contract with Mynt on 12/31/2022. Mynt did a site inspection in a timely manner, but solar has still not been installed. Recently, they completely stopped answering my emails, phone calls, linkedIn messages. I paid a $1,000 deposit to Mynt on 01/09/23 and they are now holding this money without performing services as promised, and are not responding to my requests for updates, for help, or for my money back. I can see they are reading my messages but not responding. They've essentially stolen $1,000 from me.

    My System was installed less than a year ago. I have a panel that is not working. The contract states that they will answer my warranty requests within 48 hours but I have been emailing for months and no one has reached out. The manufacturer of the system’s parts (Enphase) has also been trying to reach the company without any luck.

    I've spent over $50000 dollars with them to get solar installed and they have gone completely radio silent Bailey doesn't answer her phone or emails and Skyler's phone goes straight to voicemail.
