            according to vegancuts website I received my first delivery on Nov 1st which is a falsehood. I never received this shipment and I would like a refund for this shipment not received

            Upon checking, your ordered Snack Box, purchased on November 1, now has a delivery ETA from DHL of November 25: **************************************************************************************************

            Our standard shipping schedule for all subscription boxes is either on the 3rd or the 15th of every month, with delivery within 2 weeks anywhere in the US. As there is no shipping fee or special arrangements option, we follow the delivery period provided by our partner couriers.

            Since your purchase date was November 1, the box was shipped on November 13 (along with other orders made from November 1 to 10). Despite the ongoing Thanksgiving and BF/CM peak season, we hope our courier can adhere to the stated delivery ETA. I'll be monitoring the progress as well.
