Went in to make a purchase, the man was rude almost the entire time. I tried to talk to talk to him about unable to pay since I was 30 cents off. Then he said we cant give you your money back. So naturally I was ***et. I said ok we can either make this work or I can talk to your higher *** or contact the BBB. He said heres your product and get the f*** out of my store. He was very hostile so I recorded him and asked for the managers number and he refused. He was swearing at me and calling me names and I said you dont have to be a d*** about this. I didnt understand him very well cause his accent wasnt normal for me. He then said Im gonna call the cops since I have no right to record evidence. I said to him there is nothing in our constitution thats states I am not allowed to do this. Correct me if Im wrong.

    Hello..

    My name is *****************************. I am a manager at x-land vape/smokeshop

Some one has a filed a complaint against us about not being served for being short 30 cents. I can sure you when our customers are few cents short we usually give them the product as I understand anyone can be short of few cents. We try to give best customer service to our customers.

We use our tip box money for such events.

    My phone number is ************.

If anyhow this has happened and one of my employee was rude to my customer I would like the customer to contact me and let me know who it was. I have shown this letter to my employee and they all are claiming it's not them..and  I would offer a small gift of appreciation to the customer that was unhappy with my store.

    thank you

    Manager xland
