Poor quality at hiring, once you are able to reach **, takes about a month to train. I was being trained at The Lodge Riverton and after a few days of training the administrator decided $17 an hour was too much and she tried to force me to sign another contract making LESS as a *******. Then I went over to the new building with new management and it was the same **** thing!Review from Virginia L

Hello, I am writing because I cannot get any assistance over the phone when I called ADVENT HEALTH AND UNITED GOLDEN RULE. I receive at least 4 letters from Advent health dated 8/13/24 that my insurance **************************** decline a claim from Advent Health from my ********** visit dated 6/19/24 REPORTING that they denied a claim because I still had health Insurance from ********** Blue Shield.THIS IS A LIE. I left my job May 8th 2024 and this was the last date of my Health Insurance with ********** Blue Shield.I started united Golden Rule May 8th 2024 the same day because I just wanted to make *** I was covered completely with Insurance. BOTH ADVENT AND UNITED GOLDEN RULE WILL NOT ASSIST ME OR BELIEVE A WORD I SAY AND HELP ME TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. AGAIN, I ONLY HAD UNITED GOLDEN RULE EFFECTIVE 5/8/24 AS MY PRIMARY HEALTH INSURANCE AND THEY SHOULD PAY THIS BILL. I **************. THANK YOU *********************************Review from Ss R

We pay almost $500 per day for my grandma to be at this facility. I help care take for my grandma and there have been multiple times where I have come in and they hadnt changed her brief from the day before. They are insanely under staffed and are providing negligent care. We havent had running water in our room for over a week and they wont help me take her somewhere else in the facility for a shower. There is no communication among co-workers so much slips through the cracks. They are too understaffed to handle the patient load they have and as a result there is much senior neglect happening. Some of the conditions these people are kept in are truly atrocious. I wish I could give it zero stars.
