    Terrible ***************** I ordered a double mail box for my wife for Mother's Day and could not get the discount code to work and could not get any customer support (no phone number listed, no chatbox, nothing). Since it was for Mother's Day, sadly I ordered anyway and figured I could sort out the pricing later. The package did arrive but my wife's repeated emails to customer support went unanswered. She sent the screenshot of the price that was $123 cheaper, captured on the delivery day when their technology worked. She also tried to call them using the number on our Discover Bill. It seemed like someone's personal phone but she left messages. No return calls. We refuted on our Discover Card, but they said since we received the item, there was nothing they could do (We will be cancelling that card soon). Please don't buy from these folks as they are not willing to resolve customer issues.

    This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. As I said in my email demanding a full refund: simple communication on their part would have solved the issue. All they would have to do is say on their site "backordered" or "out of stock." Instead, I made a purchase that said: "ships in 7-10 days." That order was 21 days ago. I then received a notification 15 days ago from *** that made me think it was shipping...but it was only that a label was printed and it has never shipped. The amount of time I have wasted trying to figure out how to get in touch with them and the profound lack of follow-up (I emailed them more than a week ago and only heard back after sending multiple communications) is stunningly awful. I will be reporting their ads to instagram as fraudulent as well.

    Charged me $453.60. Its been three weeks and no communication. I have emailed twice and they only emailed me to say they would email me back soon. Post and Porch? More like Bait and switch.

    The specific product you ordered is listed on our site as allow 4-5 week shipping time. We do all we can to let the customer know previously before ordering. It also looks like we responded to your emails within ***** hour period. We apologize for not being quicker.

    Purchased a mailbox and post from the company for a client. Received a confirmation of the order with a brief description of my order. I received the post very quickly but no mailbox. I reached out after about 2 weeks about the mailbox and never received any response. I had a tracking number for the mailbox that was created on 11/2/23 (4 days after my order was placed) and it showed still at the company as late as 12/1/23. I sent 7 more emails to customer service along with filling out their "replacement request" form that the automated email response sends you. I was blamed for the package not being shipped out and then when it finally arrived on 12/2/23 there were no numbers included. On my order confirmation it shows that I selected the font and color and then was told I did not pay for them and I never completed the order. If I did not complete the order why would font and color be on my order confirmation and why would it be included in the total purchase price if I did not pay for them? I was told I had to spend another $75 on (4) 4" numbers. Customer Service is a joke and this company should be labeled a 'Buyer Beware' company!!!!!

    Purchased $500 worth of merchandise. Later purchased nearly $250 in merchandise and reached out to customer service to cancel within less than 5 min of purchase as only after I purchased did they disclose a 10-15 day processing time. Reached out three times via email and once on Facebook. No response in 4 days. Submitted dispute to my bank. Unbelievable. Get your Customer Service right.

    Ordered a mailbox a month ago. When purchased the website advertised it would ship out in ***** days. It now says ***** business days. Reached out to customer service and they said wont be shipped now until mid October now. Been sending emails last couple days with no response from them. No phone number to call. Others provided similar issues. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

    Ordered a mailbox over a month ago. Have reached out to customer service several times and keep getting told "it will ship out this week" and it never happens. Would not recommend doing business with this company again.
