    I am receiving so many "ads" emails from this company that it is bordering on harrassment. I unsubscribe from each and every email I receive, which is usually regarding politics, products, services - but I want my email PERMANENTLY REMOVED so that I do not receive ANY email from them for any reason in the future.

    We are in receipt of your letter dated February 16, 2023 which contains a complaint from *** ****** who alleges that he has attempted to unsubscribe from communications sent on behalf of our clients.  Complaint ID 19337949.  We do have not have record of *** ****** opting-out of communications but obviously at this time I can confirm that **. *** ****** has added to our universal opt-out file so that he will not receive any future communications.  I can assure you and *** ****** that is it not our aim or objective to spend considerable time and money to send any communications to those who don’t wish to read or receive them!  We are happy to honor his and all similar opt-outs (we after all are human ourselves and wish to have our own opt-out desires also carried out!) and you can reassure *** ****** that unless he subsequently signs up for some client’s communications, he will not receive any messages.

    I've never signed up for any of the emails I'm receiving from this company. I've been receiving 4-5 politically conservative emails daily for last 4 days, and never agreed to them. I sent an email to their support email, and have heard nothing back.

    Regarding ******************************: His phone number is not on our data warehouse and we have never sent any message to him.  He did receive a nonprofit fundraising email previously but on January 28th we received notice of his choice to opt-out and his email was put on the global opt out list.  He has not and will not receive any messages from us since that date. 

    Going forward, the only way that **************** could receive a fundraising appeal on behalf of one of our clients is if he subsequently opted-in to receipt of such messages either generally or with any specific entity such as by contributing to that entity and consenting to further contact.  At this time **************** will not receive any fundraising appeals on behalf of any of our clients or other efforts for which we have input and direction.

    We are in receipt of the attached complaint from Mr. ****** **********.  Mr **********’s number is not anywhere in our data warehouse and it appears we have never sent him a message.  Nevertheless, we have added his information to our global opt out so that if any of our clients attempts to deploy a nonprofit fundraising message to him in the future (nonprofit fundraising being our only business) then that attempt will be blocked.  The only way Mr. ********** could receive a future fundraising message on behalf of any of our clients is if he specifically opts in to such messaging.

    I am rejecting this response because:  You refer to 'not having my number'.  You are primarily an email solicitation firm that specialized in political campaigns.  It is my email that you are spamming and not my 'number'.  Please place my email address on your global (not individual campaign) never spam list and I will be satisified.

    Dear Sir or Madam:

     

    I am writing in response to your letter dated October 7, 2022, regarding a complaint with an assigned ID ********.  That information is attached here to.

     

    Regarding the email address of *** ****** *********@******.com, ****** **** apparently asserts to you that she sent “multiple unsubscribe requests” and that multiple emails were “still” sent.  I have confirmed that our opt-out process is working correctly on this and similar requests.  Additionally, I can confirm with specificity that *** ******’ email was opted out of that specific political fundraising offer and has been added to our global opt out.  Unless *** ****** email were to positively respond to a prior message or appear as a recent contributor to another cause, there is no means by which that email will receive additional fundraising opportunities from our efforts on behalf of any clients. Should **. **** wish to have her own email address added to the global opt-out, we would be happy to do that also. 

     

    We engage in the most sacred of American free speech traditions: political speech and the process of offering those with an interest in doing so, the chance to participate and give to causes and candidates that they care about. We simply give those that are interested in engaging in the political process, the opportunity to connect with Members of Congress, candidates for office, and other political committees that advocate for causes about which they care.  The candidates and political causes that make up our clientele have no interest or desire to engage with those that do not want that engagement.  Neither they nor we spend time and resources on insisting that we “still” engage with those who have expressed a desire to opt out.  Additionally, we not only opt out those that express that they do not wish to engage, we also opt out those that through their inaction demonstrate that they are uninterested.  As a result, we also maintain our own process of opting out those that have multiple opportunities to respond to a political fundraising offer and choose not to do so.

     

    We are happy to confirm that *** ******’ email address is properly opted out, both from Conservative Broadcast specifically and as a general opt out.  If you have *******’s contact information, please express to her our apologies for any inconvenience the receipt of an email intended for *** ****** may have caused her.

    I never signed up for any Political emails from this Company. I have unsubscribed every email I've received from them, and including many different Politicians, yet I still receive emails from these people. The business has NO INTEREST in protecting Consumers from SPAM and they SPAM ME EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!
