I called and spoke to Chaz (who is the general manager) and was informed that they had a tire thats fits my car. I called Triple A to get my car towed to Arlington Auto Care. Once I arrived I was informed by ******** that they didnt have a tire to fit my car. She said she could get the tire today but it would be a 250 charge. I told her that Chaz informed me that it was a tire there and I just paid Triple A to tow my car there when I could have got it towed to a shop that had a tire that fits my car. I was also told I needed to leave for 3 hours so they could get the tire and put it on Why cant I stay in the lobby? I felt like they were trying to get over especially with the lies so I called Triple A back and got my car towed to a reliable tire shop in **. While waiting for Triple A in a parking spot outside of Arlington Auto Care, Chaz told me I needed to move because its only for people that are patronizing their business. He was also rude by raising his voice and cutting me off while trying to get a better understanding of this situation. This service is unacceptable and happens pretty often because both tire business close in proximity informed me that a lot customers come their for this very reason but O didnt want to chance it again in VA so I just went to Ole faithful Macs Tire.
