Great services, The 2 guys thats was helping us was very understanding and nice. he helped us through every step of the way. The energy in the shop was positive and lively. Their names were ******* and *******. He even went an extra mile to help with the loan process!!!Review from Helen J

Beware of the dishonest and fraudulent business practices of the sales team at this dealership. I initially intended to purchase a particular vehicle and ******* the salesman began preparing the contract. Soon thereafter, he informed me it was the wrong price quoted for this vehicle, and I would need to look at an older model. I told him this wasn't acceptable, and I was going to shop at another dealer. At this point he offered a 2012 Jeep for a price within my budget. Upon purchasing the vehicle on 11/27/24 I picked it up on 11/29/24. On 12/2/24 the vehicle broke down with engine failure after being driven less than 150 miles. I had it towed back to them, and they complained that I didn't make an appointment to drop it off. They refused to diagnose the vehicle until 12/10/24. I had it towed from there to a reputable repair shop and their diagnosis is to replace the engine and transmission. The cost of repairs will exceed the price of the vehicle. I'm on the hook for all of this until they agree to cancel this contract. This is classic bait and switch tactics.Review from Reyna A
