I was looking to remodel my powder room and do some additions in the basement bathroom and bedroom. I got some estimates and design options from other contractors. From the first visit when Tim from I Remodel and Design came to assess the work and provide an estimate, I noticed his attention to details, providing great design recommendations, and being very knowledgeable and experienced with similar work. He was very quick in providing a detailed estimate which was very reasonable compared to other contractors. I was also new to bathroom remodeling and had no idea where to start. Tim was very clear in his communications and took the time to answer all my questions on design and selections even before I signed the contract. He explained all the steps needed to complete the project and reason behind any recommendation. He shared a picture for the design early on to ensure that’s what I am looking for. The project started on time and finished even earlier than initially planned. Other contractors told me it will take around two weeks to finish the work. Tim and his team finished the work in around a week total and were very flexible with their time. They even worked late on a Friday and came on Saturday as I had requested to finish the work earlier f since I had guests coming to stay at the house. All the team members, Daniel, Scott, Juan, and others were very professional and did an exceptional job. I love my new bathroom and already getting a lot of compliments on it. I I would highly recommend Tim and his team to do any remodeling work and will definitely hire them again!

Great experience working with i Remodel and Design. i Remodel and Design was recommended to us to people within the remodeling industry which we gladly appreciated. They helped us to partially renovate our kitchen with a new countertop, full Height Backsplash. They also relocated the microwave that was over the cooktop and added a new hood instead. We had a smooth easy project until the completion. Highly recommended. Tim and his team did an exceptional job showing us all our options and communicated very well throughout the way. They were also deadline driven. I've dealt with several remodeling companies in the past and i Remodel and Design was truly the best one and will be sticking with for any of our future projects. We used i Remodel & Design for a Kitchen & Laundry room remodel. They were referred to us by a friend and we are grateful for the reference. Working with Tim and his team was great from the first consultations to the final inspection. Tim was always ready to answer any questions or find solutions to issues along the way. The team worked very hard all day for weeks straight and it shows. The craftmanship is amazing; the attention to detail was great; the professionalism all around made an otherwise intimidating process quite easy. I Remodel & Design did an upgrade to our kitchen. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished project. The work was done in a timely fashion so that we were without a kitchen for a minimum amount of time. Tim was a delight to work with. He responded promptly to any concerns that we had including adding some suggestions for additional improvements. He did not attempt to up-sell us on the project but worked with our ideas and only suggested some corrections and welcome improvements. I would recommend this company by giving them a 5 star rating.
