    My insurance was over billed for services to the extent of possible insurance and/or ******** fraud. Extremely unprofessional behavior to the extent of causing emotional harm. I feel their employees use predatory behavior by praying on vonerable and desperate individuals and billing for services not rendered.

    The bills were sent directly to my insurance company. I have filed a grievance with United Health Keepers.

    The concern I want you to address is their unprofessional behavior. The acts of harassment of trying to convince me not to complain. The missed appointments, the late arrival for appointments up to 3 hours. When I stopped answering their calls, they used a different local number to trick me into answering my phone. Their behavior has caused a huge amount of stress, anxiety, sleepless nights, and high blood pressure.

    Good morning,

    I do contract work only, specifically mental health assessments, for Inspire Family Services LLC. I do not submit or have any knowledge of the billing done for services by Inspire Family Services LLC.

    This client had made contact with me on or about March 5th indicating she wanted to end Mental Health Skill Building Services with Inspire Family Services LLC. I then notified Queen ****** at Inspire Family Services LLC about client's desire to discontinue services and she assured me that she would contact client to handle this matter. I have also informed client that her message had been passed on to the appropriate staff at Inspire Family Services LLC to assist her.

    This client has never indicated any concerns about billing to me.

    I was never supplied any contact information for ****************** or ****'s supervisor to call if I had any questions or problems with services.
    When I was contacted by a female who called herself, Queen, she only said she was scheduling my intake appointment. Which was rescheduled three different times.
    I only found out contact information after letting my second skilled builder know I was extremely dissatisfied with services rendered. This company passes the buck constantly and blames other employees when issues are brought to their attention.

    As the owner of Inspire Family Services we received the notification of the issue with ************************ and her complaint about her assigned ****. During Inspire inquiry into the situation it was discovered that ************************ had sessions with the current **** during the week of March 3rd to March 9th completing Ms. *********** allotted weekly units per her insurance provider. The **** expressed that ************************ demanded to communicate outside of the allotted weekly units and when the **** explained the situation to plan for the next week to address any issues that ************************ may be having, ************************ expressed her displeasure with the services and requested immediate discharge from services. At that time the immediate supervisor for the **** spoke with ************************ and offered to assign her a new **** which ************************ declined from Inspire and wanted to continue with being discharged. Inspire provided options for other services and prepared ************************ for discharge from services by Inspire. ************************ was officially discharged on March 11th 2024 ending her services with Inspire Family Services and the last day ************************ insurance company was billed was March 9th.No other billing has been submitted for ************************ at Inspire Family Services.
