    I have a $1700 deposit being withheld by the company. I was provided a dirty and inaccurately represented rental, which I deeply cleaned throughout my stay to a condition better than what it was given in. Upon move out, as we are now well beyond the 45 days for being notified of itemized deductions and I never received my deposit. Now that I’ve asked they are claiming damages which do not exist. At this point I’m being ignored and have received nothing from my deposit. I never received a legitimate itemized list, and at this point I am well beyond the scope of fraudulent behavior on behalf of the company. They are trying to sneak by stealing money from residents, and had I not inquired would have never seen where my deposit supposedly went.

    The lease that was signed clearly mapped out everything that would be done regarding the deposit.  The individual not only signed the lease, but they initialed next to the deposit description.  They had full knowledge at signing of the deposit plan and their lease was available to them in their portal every time they logged in.  We handled the depoist refund exactly the way the lease described.

    *** ******* ****** *** * *********** ** 04/13/22 We had a leak in my daughters bedroom and flooded her floors and ruined several personal items. I have called so many times I cant remember. The maintenance came out and repaired the leak and put a moisture machine in to remove any water. The maintenance man has told my daughter on more several occasions that once she is gone for the summer that her flooring would be replaced. I have since called the office and no one will let you talk to the property manger and everytime they say they will get with her that day and call me back and this isnt happening. I called today and am now told that "oh we decided to not replace the floor". Every time we have issues with this property management group for the past year, It the same answers. In talking to new tenants, they having the same problems with this property manager and group. Please help

    We did not say we were replacing the flooring as there was no reason to.  There was no damage to the flooring.  I have photos to show that.   Thank you,*******

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The pictures that they provided don't show the area of the damage.  Its funny how she is responsing now as we have been trying to get a response for weeks.  I stand by my complaint and I will seek further action.
