    I've spent thousands on their services over the years and the customer service has been very disappointing. Since 2019 they have installed an electronic sprinkler controller, repaired/raised a few sprinklers, replaced my backflow twice, winterized/turned-on/off my sprinkler system, and aerated my lawn. The second backflow just broke and they want me to pay for the third despite being told when I purchased it that it was under warranty so long as I used their winterization services. When they came to turn back on my sprinkler system this year on 27 May 2023 and found it broken again they assured me it was covered under warranty. However, when they returned to repair it a week later on 3 June 2023 they demanded $380 to do the repair.

    When the company surveyed my yard for an irrigation system install, I informed them of the area where my septic system drainage field was located. ***** informed me it would not affect the drainage field because the system would be installed just below the surface and would not damage the yard. Unfortunately the system severed several drainage lines costing over $6,000.00 to repair and a warning from the health department due to sewage leakage. ***** informed me the company was insured, and ******* stated someone would contact me over two months ago and both have stopped answering my emails and no effort to compensate me has been initiated. As a loyal customer I feel the company have betrayed the trust I placed in them and have placed profit above reputation, integrity and credibility.

    I gave a deposit of $1680.00 to ***** for lighting on 6/3/22. I was diagnosed with breast cancer on 6/7 and called him to cancel the job. He said he would refund my money. To date he has not. I have called and texted but he and his staff have stopped taking my calls and responding to text. His last text on 8/17/22 indicated once more that he would be sending me a check for $1680 but I have yet to receive my refund.

    We acknowledge the refund is due, one incident check was not received till notified by ****************,  the check has been reissued.

     It has been more than 10-days since the company acknowledged that they owe me money. However, I have yet to receive my refund. The company did send me out a solicitation for irrigation and lawn care work for the fall. I feel that was a bit of a troll since they have always acknowledged that I am due the refund but they will not send it to me. I explained to the Irrigation professionals that I have breast cancer and I need my money to help pay for my medications. I said to the owner that I think they are waiting for me to succumb so they dont have to pay me or maybe they're just running out the season. I need my money!
