    I took my vehicle to the Pohanka Chevrolet dealership on 19 Dec 2022 because the brakes on my vehicle were squeaking. The dealership said the back brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I agreed to the service. A few weeks later we still heard the squeaking but wanted to give it some time. We took it back in April 2023 and the service advisor said it was the back breaks that were squeaking and that the brand was known to have squeaking issues. However, they could not replace the brakes they put on. We didn’t tell them what kind of brakes to put on the vehicle and they should put quality brakes on the vehicle. We had no insight or input on what kind of brakes they put on the vehicle. However the brakes squeaks worst now than when we originally took the vehicle in for service. I would take a refund in the amount of $592.88 or high quality brakes that do not squeak

    I bought a used car from Pohanka Chevrolet for the purchase price of $11197.35. The purchase was made 4/22/23. I bought a 2013 ****** **********. My issue is when driving the car it fills with exhaust fumes/ carbon monoxide burning my eyes and giving me a headache. Not to mention my clothes smell bad. I called several times to try to resolve the issue but no attempt was made to resolve the issue. All I want is what I paid for, a car that I can drive that’

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have been up to the dealership in Chantilly, and your staff didn’t resolve the problem then. I have no desire to drive over an hour up there again. As I stated in the last email I sent you, If you set up an appointment at Pohanka in Fredericksburg I would go there. I’m tired of accommodating you when it was you who sold me this car that is a health hazard to drive.

    Traded in my 2013 ****** for a used 2016 Chevy ****** on January 24th 2022, on April 24th 2022 my check engine light came on & the car began shaking horribly. For 2 weeks I dealt with a nightmare, finding out I needed a whole new engine due to a cylinder misfiring. I called Pohanka Chevy multiple times & left voicemails & no one would return my calls. Pohanka ***** across from where I live is where I take it for any issues because the distance & they explained to me there’s no reason within 3 months I should be dealing with this & have to pay out of pocket. They had me in a courtesy loaner the entire time & was helping me the best way they could. I eventually spoke to a warranty manager at pohanka Chevy who was suppose to have the general manager give me a call but I never heard from him. They basically told me oh well because I didn’t purchase a warranty & the warranty they gave me was for 1 month or 1000 miles. I bought my 2013 ****** for 5,000$ from a side dealer to learn it needed a new transmission & the car began cutting off on me in the middle of the road at anytime so financially I was taking a big step I wasn’t expecting to but I knew I had to because driving a car that would cut off randomly with my children in the back seat wasn’t safe. So I figured going to a big company like Pohanka Chevy to purchase a car, I would get a more reliable good car. I couldn’t afford adding a big warranty & I was dreading how much my monthly payment would go up due to the fact I was only paying 100$/month for the ****** but again I wasn’t thinking Pohanka Chevy would be shady the way they were. Not to mention the day after purchasing the ****** I drove through the car wash & my whole roof was leaking but supposedly they had detailed it for me prior to pick up, I should’ve known then. After giving Pohanka Chevy 19,000$, 3 months later I had to pay 5,000$ out of pocket for a new engine, which put my family in a horrible financial place & we still to this day haven’t got out of

    On 2/19/22, we went to Pohanka Chevrolet (dealer) with trade-in, Canadian 2007 ***** **** (trade-in). I purchased a 2022 *****, and negotiated the purchase down (to $76,196), which the dealership reluctantly did by inflating the value of the trade-in ($6,196). I was asked for and did provide a valid Canadian Title (Title) for this trade-in. The dealership accepted this Title, and we completed the sale paperwork on 2/19. On 2/25, the business manager, *************************, called us to tell us that we had to provide a valid Virginia title to the car, or pay them the $6,196 (trade-in value). Dealer is the expert in car sales, they knew or should have known that a Title being offered meant that the car was not titled in USA. When we were asked for the Title, and I gave them the Title, they accepted it. Dealer is not arguing that the Title is somehow fraudulent or encumbered, just that it is Canadian. Agreement only specified a valid Title, did not specify it had to be Virginia or elsewhere, and Dealer did not reject proffered Title at the time of signing. I would be willing to return the Tahoe after only having it one week for a full refund. The dealership keeps insisting on a Virginia Title or $6,196, and will not cancel the sale.
